This Morning at 6:27:08 order number: 6762030 I ordered The 10 count chicken mini with extra honey butter and large Oles. I believe the lady’s name was Valeria but Incase not she looked like a manager with short brown hair my total was $12.16 I handed her a handful of change hoping she did not think I was a Karen this early. It is amazing how detailed someone can notice a hard time she noticed I was having a rough morning as my make up was running down my face as a mother of 2 I currently been living in a hotel over a month now and it’s been very hard with COVID but she took the time to notice and she covers the $6 I was going to pay with my debit card and she told me I was good after paying the $7.45 in all change! The simple fact she took time to notice me in an emotional state and helped me out means the world as I have been coming to this chic filet for years! I am a chicken mini addict 😂 so are my kids! We need more people like her in this world! Thank you for being the best service and always taking the extra mile! Not only did she help me out she made me realize that there really are some people in this world regardless of what they have going on in life she took the extra step to notice me! Thank u from the bottom of my heart she helped save me money to feed my kids so I can have it for my kids! Being a single mother of 2 is hard especially with what is going on in the world! Read moreWon't bother to come back to this location again. Lady came up to us to order before the menu, so we didn't have a look at it. She didn't give us a receipt either and my food was wrong. When we passed by the menu we saw a new gluten free bun option and wanted to get one for my wife. So when we got upto the window we asked about one of these buns and they charged us $1.82 for it (gluten free bun was +$1.15 according to the menu) VS having no bun. They then told us that the gluten free buns are frozen so they cant give us one... She offered to refund us or give us a regular bun. Instead we asked about the regular bun and then asked about a refund on the gluten free bun. Then the cashier told me that "the buns are the same price so no need to refund" which we knew was false. Regular bun is $0.50 by Chick-fil-A website and gluten free is $1.65. So we paid additional money to wait and then get a regular bun. When I drove off we opened up the rest of the food and found that my grilled sandwich was actually a classic sandwich (also $0.85 cheaper than my order) and had pickles (which I asked to be removed). They gave us barely any fries and the total was around $22.

Read moreNever have I ever been more upset about a chickfila before I came to this one. Mind you I do not want to be a Karen. In a span of five months I have both terrible communication and service with the staff inside. I normally order my stuff online just because not only is it convent for me but I know that my order is right and if there is ever an issue it would be on me. But multiple times I have had to double check my order. Twice I have order the medium/large mac and cheese and yet was given the small, I have had a missing fry, wrong chicken sandwich, and more. I have also always asked for small things such as extra sauces or extra napkins or even a small water cup. Each time I have had to ask because it's usually not with my order. Plus there was one time where I had asked someone for extra sauce and got a whole attitude. So JOKINGLY I had asked the young lady if there was a shortage on sauces and laughed. She then replied with yea whatever and walked away from me. Like I said earlier I am not trying to be a Karen because I don't want anything to make up for the lack of service at this location.
