Subway — Restaurant in Florida

On 5/23/24 Thursday I went to dine in with my elderly parents and ordered two sandwiches. One foot long and one 6inch. I realized that I got the order wrong and told the employee, but told her it was fine to leave it the way it was. She then offered to give me a free 6 inch sandwich I told her that it was fine It was my fault and apologized for my mistake. She turned to get the sandwiches out of the oven and was talking about me with her co worker and then she told me I should pay more attention even though I had apologized to her before. I told her I had apologized to her and what she said to me was unnecessary. She then continued to insult me and yell at me. At that point my father came to me to ask what was going on, and the hostile employee was making fun of my father and told him here comes the tough man. My dad just asked me what was going on and why was she yelling? At that point my father and I decided to go and avoid conflict and told her we didn’t want the sandwiches anymore we were to upset to eat, and my mom was getting her anxiety. As I was walking off with my parents she continued yelling. She was way out of line, and her co worker decided to join in and yelled out to never come back because I refused the sandwiches. The worst staff ever. I was having difficulty ordering online and she just told me to bad it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I tried again and nothing so I called to see if I can order it by calling because husband doesn’t speak English well and she told me that he had to come in because sometimes they prepare them and no one shows up ok I get that but my husband was outside the store I told her that. She told me he had to come in. So I send him a text with instructions on what he wanted and she didn’t want to see it. She wanted him to tell her and asking him where he’s from and asking why can he speak English and I my husband called me because he couldn’t get a word in. I’m on the phone trying to explain to him what to say and I can hear her just ignoring him and he’s there trying to say or add something to his order. It was the worst that has happened to us. We will never again go to this store it’s the worst. And this happened December 18 around 1:52pm. That’s when my husband called back and I was hearing everything she was saying. If you’re not a morning person DO NOT WORK THE MORNING SHIFT !!! Got there at 8:05 and pulled the door it was locked but the sign said OPEN I said ok in my head they’re probably still getting ready. So by 8:10, I called and the lady answered with an attitude. I said hi good morning are you guys open? She said ma’am the door is open then I said oh OK I’m sorry because I just pulled the door and it was locked. She said well OK ma’am the door is open. I already knew that walking into the restaurant this lady was going to have an attitude with me so I said good morning. She didn’t say anything. I saw her mumbling off and shaking her head so I said good morning again she said “ I’m trying to get set up “ We just opened “ with t an attitude and rolling her eyes. All I said was good morning I didn’t ask her to make a sandwich as yet because one thing about me I’m very considerate and understanding and I was giving her time to set herself up. So I politely turned around and walked back out the front door and she yelled. “What bread do you want?” I got back in my car and I drove off.
