Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Florida

We used to visit here from 40 minutes away about every 2 weeks but after our last visit and the poor follow up with the general manager, I feel like I need to be critical. I always get the same thing, Fancy Nancy, and when I noticed there were no grapes in this chicken salad, I brought it back up to the counter to get this fixed. The young lady, I assume to be the manager, said something to another employee. She presented me with 2 grapes in a plastic cup. "Sometimes there is just not a grape in a scoop".

I took this back to the table with my disappointment, ate and left. I took a picture of the grapes in their pitiful attempt to appease me for this error but you could tell, the manager didn't care.

I wrote the next day to corporate and they said to give them my address and they would send out what I assume was a gift card for this. This was a month ago and I emailed again to no response.

We have ate at 6 different locations and they always make you feel welcome and the food quality is really good. We now drive the other way to the Fort Myers location.

Someone need to speak to this young lady (blonde) about customer service and keeping...

This location is very disappointing. We go to other Chicken Salad chick locations weekly and always have a good experience however the Port Charlotte location is obviously trying to save on food costs with it's tiny portions and lacking in customer service. The sandwich had half the amount of chicken salad on it than when I get the same sandwich in Tampa or any other location. When I showed them how little chicken salad was on my sandwich. Their solution to that is to try to sell me another scoop. REALLY!?!? When I declined and asked for a refund I got less of a refund than I paid for the item. I looked at reviews and clearly being cheap on providing what is being paid for is a trend at the Port Charlotte location. We do not want not return there until this is fixed. My sandwich had maybe 2 millimeters of meat on it. The Port Charlotte location is not representing your brand well. It is instead aggravating long time...

I refused to eat at this restaurant for so long because honestly who really wants chicken salad? It didn't even sound good to me at all. Even today when my sister decided that's what she wanted for lunch I was disappointed. But I told her to go and maybe id decide to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! I got the premade quick chick, just the classic carol, quick and easy. Simple. It is literally SO GOOD! I thought I would put it on bread when I got home but the crackers they gave were absolutely perfect! I'm so glad I didn't throw a fit and make my sister go elsewhere. I can't wait to try the other kinds. They didn't disappoint! Seriously if you hesitated like I did to give this place a chance, just do it, it's worth it!

My only complaint is that I feel like we waited a long time for my sister's trio. I watched a lot of people come and go that got there after we did. But the staff was extremely friendly...
