Staples — Local services in Port Charlotte

I can honestly say this is my store for life. I never lie my mother would torture me, so only 2 times I was in a huge hurry I went 2 Office Depot. The staff,cashiers & managers need to go to Staples to learn what real customer service . Their staff r rude unfriendly I never saw 1 smile. Erica is a doll she is perfect in everyway. I went 2 a manager and I recommended him to give her a raise he had a beautiful smile on his face,was so kind and said I already gave Erica a raise. Don't go to office depot unless u want 2 be around rude and unfriendly staff I saw no smiles everyone looked like that hated were they work.what a night & day experience. I myself was not having such a great day but when I left there they made me happy. I'm unemployed and I'm being dicrimated due 2 my age that's what several carreer center representatives said, which is very hard to proof in a right to work state. I love Staples and even if I'm a hurry I will go 2 Staples for all my needs Erica your family and your managers really love u. Erica you r the best!Your Store managers are wonderful too. I have been a regular visitor to the Port Charlotte, Florida Staples Store.

I have made several purchases there - my most recent and larger priced purchases were in May 2006, an HP Pavilion Notebook dv 8000 ser. CND6120SB5 and in May 2013 a Toshiba Satellite laptop L875D-S7332 ser. 3D115083R. For both of these purchases I was offered the Staples $50 Easy Rebate, on the Staples purchase price. I have, on both occasions, experienced difficulties with this Staples "Easy" Reward program. My latest purchase Rebate of $50 has still not arrived after 4 months, and my emails to Staples, Port Charlotte, FL, are returned with address unknown.

On reviewing my purchasing experiences with this company, I will certainly not make any further purchases from their Port Charlotte,FL store again. The so called Staples "Easy" Rebate plan is really only an "Easy" way for the Staples company to dupe customers with a non-existent "Easy" rebate purchase scheme.

called your store and spoke to david from the print department regarding missing persons posters i had ordered and never picked up. i let your employee know it wasn’t picked up because we unfortunately found the body deceased and we no longer needed them, and asked if a store credit could be applied as we will be needing photos printed for the memorial service, besides not even answering that question, david offered no condolences and continued to rush me off the phone with a rude careless tone. thankfully enough days since the body was found have passed for me to have been able to hold it together on that phone call, however im dissapointed that your staff was so rude to a customer during such an emotional time . please do better, i’ve never had problems with this store or it’s employees before. that phone call was an extra bit of negativity added to an already emotionally heavy situation. all he said was “ok i’ll get...
