I cannot begin to tell you how inept the staff and management is at this location. Went in at 745 on a Monday night and it was not busy at all. No hostess at the front door when I walked. I went to the restroom and came back, and there still wasn't a hostess. I wanted to sit in the bar area anyway which is a seat yourself section. Sat down to look at the menu at a a table directly next to the bar which is in sight of the bartender and right next to the exit of the kitchen. I waited 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by a staff member. The girl working the section I was in passed by and said she would be right with me. So I decided what I was going to order and I waited. Then I waited some more. Finally, 10 minutes after I was told she would be right back, I decided I didn't want to wait any longer. I got up and walked out. On my way out of the front door, the hostess was finally there and chatting with none other than the server that said she would be right with me. They were so caught up in their conversation that they didn't even realize I was leaving. So obviously there wasn't a thank you or a see you next time spoken to me. I sat in the parking lot next to my car and call the restaurant. When the call was answered I asked to speak to the MOD. I was told, no problem and put on hold. 9 minutes later after nobody picked up the phone, I conferenced in another call to the location. The employee answered and I let her know that she heard the on hold message because I had already been waiting 9 minutes to speak with the manager. As I am waiting, one person picks up with a hello. Not a "thanks for holding, how may I help you." I asked if they were the manager and she said no hold please. 15 seconds later, a second employee picked up and said hello. Again, not a "thanks for holding how may I help you." I asked again, if this person was the manager and he didn't even answer me. Instead I hear him say, before he puts me on hold, "No, he wants to talk to a manager." Finally after holding another 2 minutes I get Tyler the MOD on the line. I explain to him what has happened and all he said was a canned, "I'm sorry about that." He didn't ever take any responsibility for them dropping the ball at all. Only continued, I'm sorry about thats. I then told him I was in the parking lot next door at a different restaurant instead of spending money at his place. Any decent restaurant manager at this point would have said, "Please go ahead and come back over here and let me make this up to you." If he would have said that, I would have come back over and given them a chance to redeem themselves. Instead he has lost a customer forever at his location. I worked for Brinker at 3 different locations in my 20+ years I. The industry and I am certain that this is not the level of service they would expect from one of their Chili's. Read moreWell guys I'm back with my second review, tonight was exceptionally bad...again. I order curbside, and specifically ask if they will bring to car, as advertised, and the girl says YES! I show up and as always, had to wait and then get down from my car. Ended up waiting for 20+ minutes after they told me it would be ready. Then when I get in the car I check my order(because I've been burned by this chilis at least three times) and surprise my molten cake wasn't in the bag. I go back in and ask for my cake. When I get home the cake is frozen with no instructions on how to make it the way it is sold in the restaurant. BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! They charge us extra to make my wife's corn "street corn" and when she opens the box, regular corn. -_- the only thing consistent about this chilis is how bad they are. If I wrote a review every time I had bad service from this chilis, I would have a weekly blog. We would love to keep coming here and eating because the chefs do such a great job, but the service is unbareable. Please chilis, do better
If I could give my experience less than one star I would. You order through the app and they ask if you want someone to bring your order to the car. I select yes and I leave the house thinking I won't need to get down from my car and what happens? I arrive to pick up my order and after fifteen minutes of waiting in my car, I get down and walk in and wait by the register reserved for to go orders. Several employees walk by me and NO ONE even acknowledges me!
I asked for a manager and the guy that comes up to me tells me because of security reasons they don't deliver at this time! The app allows it but they don't do it. Next I tell him that I stood there and several employees walked by without acknowledging me and he says, "there's supposed to be a sign saying to pay at the bar." Which of course there wasn't. Then I try and use a coupon obviously upset by the whole situation and does the manager make it happen to at least make my inconvenience a little better? NOPE. The coupon is dine in only. This was the WORST display of customer service. Mind you this is THE SECOND TIME this has happened to me in the last week or so! Fool me once fool me...

When I first walked in, I asked him hey can I Make a to go order here he didn’t say anything he just opened the POS system and stared at me so I asked again he’s like I could take your order so I said hi can I have a triple dipper and Then I paused because I believe I said it wrong so I asked him is that how you say it? No comment once again! he noticeably has an attitude so I asked him. Are you OK? Do you have an attitude?… hes like no I’m good . Not only did he get my order wrong but it was cold one mozzarella stick was hot six boneless wings was hot. The rest of it was cold.Mind you he said 15 mins I waited for 30 minutes. I’m watching him so I’m thinking he’s cooking it fresh but now I’m thinking he probably got more of an attitude so he’s making me wait. He ran out to his car. I believe it’s a grey little Mazda. He came back in. I’m watching him. he didn’t wash his hands. They’re not wearing gloves.
