A MUST HAVE = Million Dollar Bacon. Spicy, crispy and drizzles with maple syrup. You can't go wrong! The meals here are interesting and very tasty. The Chickichanga is a favorite of mine with magical Vera Cruz sauce poured on top of a stuffed breakfast burrito. Pictured is another favorite which only appears on the seasonal menu: Huevos Rancheros Tostadas - a flavor vacation. My husband went the low calorie route and pictured is the Tri-Athlete. There are tons of healthy options here including fresh fruit cups and the option to swap out the house seasoned potatoes for a mixed greens salad as your side. There are GLUTEN FREE options, fresh juices which are beautifully presented and tasty - which, we can all agree is hard to do with kale. It's KID FRIENDLY with a large dining room, booths and tables, kids menu, coloring page and crayons. We come here all the time with our kids. A beautiful farmhouse chic aesthetic, always very clean, outdoor seating, coffee near the hostess station so you can get your cuppa while you wait on busy days. There are also plenty of benches inside and outside for waiting which is so nice in the event they are on a wait. They leave a piping hot thermos of coffee on the table for you and offer a selection of flavored creamers. The waiters will offer coffee to-go for your drive home. So great!

These were the glasses that the waitress actually brought to our table for our water. When we asked for new glasses we were told “That’s just hard water stains and if I bring you new glasses they will probably be the same!” I’m not kidding!! She thought that was an acceptable answer. We asked for plastic kid cups and had to drink in those and did not order anything more than the water to drink. I’ve worked as a waitress for a long time in various restaurants and those are not acceptable cups to attempt to serve your customers!! That’s not normal. Either your dishwasher machine needs to be serviced, or dishwashing fluid needs to be changed or an actual human needs to see what comes out dirty in every load and rinse and rewash it. And no waitress should ever think it’s acceptable to ask someone to drink out of dirty looking glasses. It’s insane. Waitress was also not attentive and we waited a long time just to get syrup and to tell her that part of our order was wrong bc she took a long time to check on us.

Have been here twice in the past month for their delicious breakfast menu! So far we have tried the omelettes, Benedict, waffle, the lemon ricotta pancakes and the carrot cake pancakes. All of these items have been wonderful. If you order a griddle item make sure to ask them for the berry compote that they serve with the Belgian waffle, it’s amazing! Service has always been on point. The place is clean with servers wiping tables often and tables being spaced well. Bathrooms are tidy and well stocked. The coffee is astounding! They have a program with a village in Columbia that employees the women of the village to source their coffee and it’s fantastic. I bought a bag of coffee on the way out and we are still enjoying it at home!

My daughter and I decided to go to First Watch for breakfast today 11/19/23 a little before noon. Customer service was absolutely horrible. The host got an attitude after I told him I did not want to sit at a table in the center of the restaurant. His attitude thereafter was very dry and rude. I asked to be seated outside, which he sat us down and tossed the menus on the table. I really didn't appreciate this service in front of my 11 yr old who noticed his attitude as well. I asked if he was okay or upset because I my statement earlier regarding the table in center of restaurant. He stated he brushes stuff like that off (very hard to tell given the service he was providing). After waiting some time with no greetings from anyone a family was sat next to us. I can immediately tell the difference in service they were given compared to my daughter and I. Our menus were just thrown on the table and no additional conversation. Still waiting for our waiter (that never came to the table). The family next to us was promptly greeted and asked for their drink order. I asked the waitress how is it they are getting serviced before us? She stated with an attitude that is not my table! I said but we've been sitting here longer then this family and no one has come to greet us. Again with horrible, rude attitude, I'll get your waiter! No apologies, or anything. We left immediately after this interaction as I refuse to be given piss poor customer service and I'm spending my money. I would hate to think because we were minorities we were treated this way. But it seems as though the people who looked like them were given 5 star treatment. We went over to Keke's Breakfast Cafe and were greeted with employees who actually love their job. The food was fantastic and my waiter was delightful. Thank you First Watch for allowing us to have a wonderful experience at Keke's which is located just around the corner from this place in the same plaza. I will never attempt to dine at First Watch (no matter the...

This place was sooo trash. I couldn’t believe it. I haven’t been here in a year or so. We got there super early Sunday, around 8:15 am beat the breakfast crowd. We sat outside, we got greeted by our server who seemed swamped with tables, he greeted us with DIRTY COFFEE MUGS. Ok that’s fine let it slide we weren’t having hot coffee anyways. We ordered to start 2 squash soups (don’t judge we hardly get to eat them lol), an iced coffee, a carrot juice, French toast, truffle egg special and an egg sandwich. We received our drinks, waited about 10-15 mins for our soups. Started looking around and then the waiter came out and said “since I forgot your soups here’s some free drinks” meanwhile our drinks were completely full. Brought out the soup, they were good. Shortly after our food was brought out, before the waitress even set down our French toast we noticed a huge hair baked into the bread, we sent it back. The brought out another, with a ANOTHER PIECE OF HAIR. at this point we were so disgusted, none of us ate our food. The waiter never came to check on us, so I had to go inside I spoke to the hostess and asked the manager, met with a blank stare lol. 5 mins later still no manager, waiter comes out unaware of anything happening. I asked him again to speak to the manager, he said ok and about another 5 mins go by THE CHEF COMES OUT WITH HIS APRON ON LOL. & says he’s ganna comp the French toast, not even the whole meal. Which we didn’t pay for anything. This place is so...

We decided to go back here based on some friends saying they like their food and was shocked at our previous bad experiences. I had several really bad experiences here and the company sent me a private message on Yelp that they wanted to send me a complimentary breakfast since the previous few times was so bad.

I replied to the email from the company and it went unanswered. This was 3 different times I replied to their email. All 3 went unanswered.

So we went back to try it anyway and I got the Ham and Gruyere omelet. The menu stated it was 990 calories!! I make ham and cheese omelets at home quite often and log the calories. This is impossible I think, so I ordered it. It came with 1 slide of toasted bread with butter on it (which could account for a couple of hundred calories I assume) but the worst part was the greens on the side. I was not prepared to have a salad next to my omelet since I did not specify. It was swimming in a light dressing to the point it was not even edible! So I assume those were part of the calories as well.

The omelet itself was OK - it definitely did not seem like a 3 egg omelet like most places and it could have used a bit more ham and gruyere. I only had a bite of the toast and it was good but If you are used to eating a whole omelet , home fries and 2 pieces of toast you will walk out of...
