The stones in the store were beautiful and the selection was wonderful. We took my daughter here to pick something out with her Christmas money. She is incredibly knowledgeable about gemstones and finding this store excited us all. However, while she came away with a beautiful stone the experience in the store was beyond disappointing. There were two gentlemen running things when we visited and while one seemed lovely, checking out customers; the other was considerably different. In his attempt to make a sale on a singing bowl he kept ringing it. The first couple of times was cool, but after 6-7 times we almost left it became grating. My daughter who was so excited was struggling to stay. While I understand making a sale is important, understanding of the comfort of other customers in the store should be considered too. Unbeknownst to him, my daughter has Asperger’s and auditory sensory input such as the constant ringing of a singing bowl causes extreme difficulty. When I went to check out, the gruff employee took care of me instead of the the kind one. He was on the phone the entire transaction, so I couldn’t ask any questions. And when I did ask a question the response was rude and dismissive. I have read the other reviews, and while I am sure the owner is lovely, not all of her employees are. The products in the store seem top notch. If that’s all that you are looking for, this is the place for you. Great gems and a wide selection! However, for us experience is everything. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I RECOMMENDED THIS STORE TO MY SISTER AND SEVERAL FRIENDS. MY SISTER BECAME A REGULAR CUSTOMER. SHE WAS THERE TODAY AND WAS ACCUSED OF BREAKING MERCHANDISE ON PURPOSE AND WAS THREATENED BY THE PION AGENT THAT HE COULD CALL SECURITY ON HER IF SHE DOESNT PAY. FIRST OF ALL SHE WASNT SURE IF SHE BROKE IT. SHE COULD HAVE AND IF SHE DID IT WAS A ACCIDENT. IT NOT LIKE SHE WAS HANDLING AND BREAKING THING IN THE STORE. THERE WERE KIDS ALSO RUNNING AROUND AND NOTHING WAS SAID TO THEM. BUT HAVING INTEGRITY MY SISTER PAID FOR IT. ITEM 19.99. THE MERCHANT PROBABLY ONLY PAID 5 FOR IT. AND IF IT BROKEN THEY CAN TAKE A LOSS. STORE MAKE ENOUGH BUSINESS. AGENT TURN AROUND AFTER THE SALE AND HAD NERVE TO ASK IF SHE WANTED A BOX. SHE SAID NO. THEY CAN KEEP THE MERCHANDISE AND THE BOX. SHE GIVE TO THEM AS CHARITY. APPARENTLY THEY NEED IT MORE THAN SHE DOES.

Read moreI have been coming to 925 Gems for ages now and have always loved their wide selection of all things crystals, herbs and metaphysical. Today during my most recent visit I felt the staff really went above and beyond to help me. To make a long story short, life has been a bit of a challenge but after chatting with the very kind and knowledgeable employees I left there feeling in much higher spirits and with a few soon to be cherished pieces of stone jewelry. Liam was especially kind and helpful, taking me around the store and showing me crystals that would best suit my needs for life’s many challenges. I’ve always trusted this store and am so incredibly grateful to the staff for brightening my day during my quick stop today. Thank you Liam Lexi and Heather for being the kind souls...
