I had Linner (in between lunch and dinner with my Wonderful husband) Christian took our order. He was so polite and patient. Christian had a smile on his face the entire time we placed our order. Christian deserves FIVE STARS if I was basing it off of him I would give it Five Stars, but I'm not. Our food came out quickly. The reason I gave it Two Stars is because I Specifly ordered a LARGE French Fry. (I'm not sure if you noticed, but you only get like 7 to 9 French fries with an order of fries at most Chic Fil A's). I really wanted to get more than 7 to 9 French Fries. The Manager was sitting a cross from us. I asked him if he would help me. He got to up asked me what I needed. His name is Carson. He was very nonchalant very casual. I told him I ordered a Large French Fry and only got 8 French fries in my order (actually counted 8 fries). He said I actually received a Medium Fry. My drink was a Medium as well. I was surprised, we paid for Large. I ordered a Large, because my husband and I share. He doesn't eat fries, but he eats mine LOL😉. Anyway. He asked if he could get me a large fry, Of course my husband said, "no". My husband didn't want to be a bother. We both thought a good manager would have brought the fries back to our table without asking! Anyway, that's our opinion thought I would share it. I also asked for my chicken to be cooked a little more done, it wasn't😞. Peace...
Read moreI placed an order for this location for pick up. I normally avoid this location because of the multiple issues we have experienced. We decided to give this location a chance to redeem themselves. When we picked up our food our Drink and soup were not given to us. Unfortunately, we already made it home before realizing our food was missing. We placed a call to speak to a manager and report the missing items. I was told I would hear back from the Manager Josh in the next 20 min. He never called me back and I made sure to call back before closing. Josh answered the phone and told me he was getting ready to call me. I told him that I didn't receive half of the items for the 3 for me meal I ordered. He offered to refund the soda and the soup but also stated that his employee said the soup was in the bag indicating I was lying. At this point I asked for a full refund of my meal. He then started being even more disrespectful. When I asked him his name he said Josh, but I'm not worried about all of that. He should be worried about keeping his job. His customer service is awful and so is his attitude. We will not return to this location and He better return the cost of the meal. Chilis, please have a talk with Josh about his terrible attitude and maybe offer some management training. When someone pays for food, they should receive all food ordered. This location is especially bad; the waitress (Kendra) kept running by our table saying she'd be right with us (finally took our order)then she only stopped by once to refill my dad's sweat tea but no one else's.I can understand a bit of a wait time during busy hour, but we came a little after lunch hour and they were NOT busy; I dont understand why the waitress was running around helter skelter when there were maybe like 5 tables she was waiting on. Got the chips and queso + the meat queso; the meat queso was watery and they're never consistent with the thickness of the queso or the amount of meat put in it. We shared a platter of assorted food. The ribs were dry, fries were hard like they had been sitting out for a long time, brisket quesadia was over-sauced, the chicken tenders had a funny taste, and the side of asparagus was tough. I'll be sure to avoid coming to this location in the future and most Chili's for that matter. They used to have amazing service and food! Now you never know if even half your food will be edible. Word to the wise, avoid this Chili's location like the plague, you're better off to go the McDonald's...
