Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Florida

The food is good but prices are a little too much especially since their main customers are college students lol. Also, I have come here 4 times and only once I actually got a fork and a knife, the other times I only got a fork and had to get up and go ask for a knife. Lastly, I order the same thing every time I come and twice they have told me that what I’m ordering is different from what it actually is and I literally had to tell them what the plate brings and they were like “ok i guess”. There is major incompetence in the employees and they don’t know how to interact with people they make every interaction awkward as if you were speaking a different language. (I’m bilingual btw). There is a major lack of correct training systems as well as employee skill maintenance checks put in place. first of all when i went to order the cashier didnt even know what some of the items on the menu came with. then when i went to pay she could calculate my change. then i had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food. while i waited everyone that ordered after me got their food first.so when the food finally came out it was a disaster. i ordered the triple dipper with the chicken tenders, the big mouth bites, and the potato skins. this food looked like it had already been eaten. the chicken was thin and unsavory. the big mouth BITES with an s, meaning multiple only came with one and it was all over the place. the potato skins were the only thing that seemed fine, to the naked eye. i went to get my money back because it was unacceptable.i lost my appetite the second i opened the box. the service all together was slow and management was yelling at everyone from the kitchen to the front counter. i will not be going...

Are you looking for a gamble? Then look no further because this Chili's is the most inconsistent restaurant I've ever been to. Sometimes the fries are perfectly crispy and salted and hot, other times it's like biting into a soggy cold potato. What is consistent is that your order will pretty much never arrive on time. Don't even think about specifying any orders to be different from the standard (e.g. no specific ingredient, swapping one for another, or adding a sauce). From my experience it's pretty much a 50/50 whether they'll honor it or not. I heard this place will be gone soon, but I don't know if that means the management/staff will change. I would avoid unless you're extremely desparate and/or the other places...
