Curaleaf Dispensary Orange Park — Local services in Fruit Cove

Went here on 10/26/2023. Usually I have no problems at this location and everyone is easy to get along with. Today I brought my husband with me, and when he sat down he was asked for his ID and he said he didn't have it and he was walking away. The curly haired woman was berating him the whole time he walked out the door that he wasn't allowed in without an ID. With a NASTY attitude. I just don't understand why if someone is walking away why your employee couldn't restrain herself for making comments at him as he's leaving, and me after the fact? This person was trying to defend their behavior to me the whole time I made my order on the tablet. I had to ask her to stop talking about it. To make matters worse when i got home i noticed yall gave me the completely wrong wax, i ordered a crumble and you gave me regular thc wax it was 4 percent lower than what I originally ordered, and the staff was so unhelpful and rude today that no im not going back to return it. I do not appreciate the way we were treated today in the orange park location and after 4 years of being a loyal customer I'm telling you right now I'll sit in trulieve for 2 hours every time before I come back...

When this place first opened it was hard to not recommend a great establishment. The customer service was elite and the medicine was great too. I walked in and everyone was so ready to let me know of all the cool products and sales they had so I could get the best bang for my buck.

Now, it's just the medicine that we have here. Today I placed my order online and got the alert that it was ready. I walked in and there was NO ONE there. They told me they would be right with me.

I waited. Two people walked in and were served before me, greeted and given the full service. I got my name called and was asked to pay. Why was I treated different? I won't make assumptions, but based on my experience today, it was not a pleasant interaction.

Retail is tough. I know I've had my days, but today, to have my order sit at the window in front of my face, they take my medical card, and still take two people that walk right in and take care of them before me in such a courteous and efficient manner. It was a really...

I called the day before to make sure that a product I was looking for was in stock and they said they had it. We drove over 30 minutes to get there and found out the product i wanted they didn't have at all. So I asked if they had anything comparable and she showed me several different strains that would possibly do the same thing. I picked out the ones I liked and she said they were out of stock. All they had left were 3 or 4 strains and most of them I didn't want. The lady at the counter said to go to Trulieve because they carry more product. I was very disappointed at the fact that I drove so far only to find out that this store has no inventory and basically tells you to go to another store. The lady at the counter was also in a hurry and didn't seem like she had time for me.
