Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Fruit Cove

Food was okay. Customer service isnt their strong point, I was a little disappointed the vendor didnt ask if I wanted one or two egg whites and just rang me up for two which is the most expensive option of the two. I didnt notice the issue until after biting into the rather large sandwich. I didnt want the heat by asking for any changes in the store from the two women workers and instead just opted to write this review for you to be aware. Also, this was my first time there so I just learned a lesson the hard way with my wallet. Hopefully sales continue to increase for this location in a better fashion. Not sure when I will be back. Im going to continue with making my own bagels in the morning and save that money. Way too much money here to be want to fed...

I go here everyday before work and have had no problems until today. There are workers there that are super nice but others that are not. I had placed a mobile order super easy plain bagel with two eggs and pork sausage no cheese. well they had added cheese. This was the second time,but the first time i let it go .when i went in to ask them for another one with no cheese the young lady remade my bagel only one egg i wanted two and not toasted (i also wanted toasted) . When she had brought the bag to me i had said thank you! And there was no response with a attitude… im not a person to complain alot but i look foward to coming here everyday before work however if this is keeps happening i wont be coming...

First impersonation is a lasting impression. Stopped in to check it out for the first time. Place looked clean and inviting upon entering. We ordered two of the all nighters and a large cold brew. Cold brew seemed really weak, to the point we stopped at Starbucks on the way home. Got home and my sandwich seemed really dry, two eggs, bacon, what looked like a corner of a piece of cheese on it and a little dab of aioli on it. The other sandwich had a couple pieces of cheese and plenty of aioli on it, wasn’t dry at all. Was hoping for a...
