Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Florida

Recently found this Cafe and started coming in. Food is GREAT and no complaints on service until now. The male with the black hat typically helps me and is wonderful with food pairing and flavors. He even remembered what sauces I have already tried and asked my taste interest. I just started a diet plan and wanted to give the meal plan a go. I was helped by the woman with the purple hair and kind of felt like I was wasting her time. I asked her about it because I am new to the Cafe and didn't know how it really works. I was quickly told it was all done online and select to pay in store for my 1st time order discount...and that was about the extent of it. I was kinda looking for a little more info on how it works before ordering. Are the meals different each week? How many options per week are there? Can I make a large order and span it out over 2 weeks to not have so much of the same? Really felt nervous to ask since I felt brushed off to go online and do it myself so fast. And the Cafe was not busy. It was only myself and one other person in there eating. Needless to say I found it online and did my order and didn't put in for the larger meal plan I originally was interested in doing. Food is wonderful every time and I have shared my love for the meals with a lot of my coworkers and family. The man with the black hat that works register and the woman with dirty blonde hair that works register also are always so friendly and helpful. Really wish one of them was there when I placed...

I pick up my husbands meal plan every single Sunday, Sophie and Marykate are there every weekend! I normally have to wait about 10-15min in line every week due to the fact that it seems to be one of the most busy days for them.

Sophie and Marykate do such an amazing job and work together great as a team. The amount of smoothies I have seen them make is unbelievable. I'm surprised they only have one blender however..... my cafe food always comes out in a good amount of time. The cook on Sundays, I can't recall his name always seems happy and never overwhelmed for how busy he is to be the ONLY cook on the line.

I have witnessed other customers with zero patience on Sundays, and Marykate and Sophie still manage to have smiles on their faces. If I ever can't get there on a Sunday, I always make sure to go in on a Saturday so I can see the GM Amy who holds the store together like a boss!

Everything is always stocked and extremely clean. Amy does a great job training her staff and is always there to please ppl and answer any questions they may have.I have witnessed other customers with zero patience on Sundays, and Marykate and Sophie still manage to have smiles on their faces.

If her or her staff ever were to leave, l'd be lost and so would my husband without his meals that they take the time to prepare every week. Can't say enough good things about this establishment! I look forward to seeing all the girls next weekend and getting my peanut butter...

I tried this place the other day for lunch. There were about 3 people in front of me. I ordered a wrap and a bowl to go. I had to ask for my drink cup because it wasnt given to me. (No big deal but for the overall experience it should be mentioned) I sat there and waited for 40 minutes. I know for a fact because I had a phone call after I ordered and I checked the time after waiting for so long. People who were dining in and ordered after me were getting their food and I was still waiting for my to go order. I asked after 30 minutes if it was almost ready. I was told they were still working on it. 10 minutes later, I finally got my order of 1 wrap and 1 bowl. The wrap was actually pretty good but the bowl was missing the extra ingredient I paid for and it was dry and flavorless even with the sauce. I am willing to order another wrap one day but I dont want to wait 40 minutes for it. I hope it was just an off day but the situation could have been handled better when I was sitting right in front of them waiting for so long. The two people at the counter were just standing there looking at me. I feel like they could have checked on my food without me having to ask. Hopefully will have a better experience...
