I’ve purchased on two separate occasions shoes for work from them. BOTH TIMES the shoes have broken within the first day of wearing them. BOTH times they refuse to do anything about the fact that these items break. I don’t know if it’s because they are old ( I’m a size 10 so when I need shoes in a pinch I’m limited on options ) or they are not properly taken care in the back but it is bad business. I can understand if it was after a week but 1 shift on a slow night... come...

Any time I've been in the store I've always had super nice clerks who were and usually are opened mind cool folks. I don't anyone by name but that's ok. I am made to feel comfortable and always welcome to ask any one of the employees a question, and if one cant answer my question they have always asked another employee if they may know something and so on and so on. But an honest effort has always been my experience here at this store....

My wife bought a pair of shoes from here. They broke within the week. She want up there to get them changed out and the salesman that was working was rude and the only he could say is I can't do anything the manager is not here. She asked if he could call the manager he said he wouldn't call the manager. How can you have a return or exchange policy but only the manager can do it and the salesman won't make a phone call....
