Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Florida

I visited this cold stone location today with my parents and received the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. We were next in line and I saw the woman working roll her eyes at the customer before me, and then make her way over to take my order. No idea what the situation was that caused the eye rolling but regardless it was completely unprofessional. She took my order and then when I looked back there was another couple behind me that was not my parents, somehow splitting up our party. My mom came over to ensure she was ordering at the correct counter as she was confused and the woman, whose name is Diana, very rudely and loudly yelled at my mom saying “there’s only one of me, you have to wait your turn.” I very promptly said excuse me and she bickered back for a few moments before finally apologizing but by then you had already lost all of us as customers. We will never be returning to this cold stone location. The other women working, however, were very polite and seemed rather uncomfortable by the entire situation. I understand that with covid-19 and the whole wearing masks makes it difficult to hear when people are trying to order but this was my first time getting terrible customer service from this location. Two young women were working when I tried to order ice cream. One of them appeared to be having a rough day as she did not seem happy to have to help me. As I was asking about a flavor that was no longer displayed on the menu she appeared to be agitated. I’m not sure if she didn’t hear what I was saying or if she just didn’t care because when I got my ice cream it was not what I asked for and it was runny and already melting. Waited in line ten minutes for a shake to be told they weren’t making shakes right now. The gentlemen asked who I assume might be the supervisor, and she was willing to make an exception but at that point I just wanted to leave…. Keep in mind only two people working the front, one person restocking and at least two people just chilling in the back doing nothing, but concurrently they came to the front once the line was gone… maybe they were in break,but they should take their break outside of the location or guest view….
