Do NOT purchase here. While the staff is nice the product and policies are horrid. I tried for 2 weeks to speak with someone about my lenses literally peeling after only 8 months. I was told by customer service I could bring them in and leave them to be repaired, but that would leaveme with no eyeglasses. So I had to actually go purchase another pair so I could drop these off to be repaired only to be told they will not be able to replace them and can’t repair them because it is over 6 months. To make it worse, they blamed me calling it my “lifestyle”… I have worn glasses for 50 years and never had a pair of lenses “peel”. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn’t one there that could help me. I asked for the facility phone number so I could call them when they were there. They don’t even have a direct line for you to be able to call the particular store you can only call the 800 number, so essentially the $500 I spent is a complete waste of money and now I have eyeglasses that are unable to be used and they’re not going to do anything about it. That has to be the worst customer service in general but for eyeglasses when you spend that kind of money, absolutely horrific way to treat customers eyeglasses should not wear less than a year: I’ve never had an issue. Read moreWe had a terrible experience at Warby Parker. Had a 2:20 appointment and because the store was so busy I was not able to check in until 2:27. Lots of confusion took place but the final outcome was because I was late I had to reschedule (because the next appointment had checked in early). During the confusion I was asked to prove by a text message on my phone my appointment time. The technician took my phone which she never returned. When I discovered my phone was missing I tried to call the store to be sure it was still there. There is no direct number to the store so I had to call corporate where I finally got to talk to a Supervisor who checked with the store and confirmed that they had it and it would be put away until I could get back and claim it. When I arrived at the store I saw the phone sitting on the front edge of the counter. I picked up the phone and walked away. I went back after about three steps away and told the technician there that I just picked up a phone and no one said a thing and I thought the least she could have done is put it under the counter. I like to actually see and handle a product before I purchase and yes, they will ship you five different frames that you can pick from and send back, but I'd just rather go into the store and make my choice. Well this is the first Warby Parker store that I have ever seen, and we were going to meet friends for dinner at the mall, my wife and I thought that we should give it a try. Well, Mandy greeted us when we got there and she was helpful and very knowledgeable about all areas of the product and helped me pick out frames and lenses for prescription glasses and sunglasses.
