I just dont know how this place has 93 reviews at 4.9 stars. Burger is not worth 15-20$. 4/10 taste. The mac and cheese that was served to me was literally macaroni pasta in water with slices of cheese microwaved on top. Absolutely disgusting macaroni pasta soup🤮 sorry but you guys bought your reviews.
EDIT to reply to Vanessa.
Dear Vanessa,
I must say, your response is utterly disappointing and completely misses the mark. It's evident that you failed to grasp the gravity of the situation and the reasons behind my dissatisfaction. Your attempt to justify your actions and dismiss my concerns only further highlights the lack of accountability and professionalism within your establishment.
Firstly, let's address your claim that you took my side on the matter of the Mac N Cheese. Merely offering a second order or a refund does not absolve you of the fact that you served me an inferior and substandard dish in the first place. It is not enough to make amends by providing another serving of the same low-quality item or substituting it with something else entirely. As the owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that every dish leaving your kitchen meets a certain standard of quality.
Furthermore, your attempt to emphasize the high-quality ingredients you use and the efforts you make in preparing your food from scratch only amplifies my frustration. If you truly take pride in your ingredients and preparations, then how did such a dismal dish end up on my plate? Your claims about Wagyu beef, brisket preparations, and fresh buns hold no weight when the final product fails to deliver on taste and satisfaction.
Regarding your denial of buying reviews, I find it incredulous that you expect me to believe that every single review on your page was earned through personal conversations with customers. It is not uncommon for businesses to engage in such unethical practices to bolster their reputation. Your attempt to intimidate me with references to Florida law is nothing more than a desperate and feeble attempt to divert attention from the issue at hand.
Your invitation to return for a "full complimentary order" and a mention of this situation for a discount only serve to demonstrate your insincerity and lack of understanding. I have no desire to subject myself to another disappointing experience at your establishment. It is clear that you prioritize your business reputation over genuinely addressing customer concerns.
In conclusion, I must say that your response has been nothing short of a disgrace. Your failure to acknowledge your shortcomings, lack of accountability, and unprofessional demeanor have solidified my decision never to set foot in your restaurant again. I sincerely hope that you reflect on your actions and strive for genuine improvements in the...
Read moreThe burger was absolutely disgusting, I can’t remember the last time I ate something so bad. I ordered it for takeout, and as I got home and took my first bite, I realized it was way too salty, almost unbearably so. Still, I was starving and tried to power through that awful first bite. After two more, I had to stop because I genuinely felt like I might get sick.
To make sure it wasn’t just me, I asked my girlfriend to try a bite. She almost gagged from how salty it was, the burger was completely inedible. I inspected the burger but didn’t notice anything obviously wrong besides some burn marks on the patty. I tossed it in the trash, assuming it was just bad luck of someone being heavy-handed with the salt.
A few hours later, I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pain from the three bites I’d taken. I don’t know if the cook mistook me for someone else or if I’ve somehow made a secret enemy in Miami that I wasn't aware of, but that burger tasted like someone tried to take me out for good. It almost achieved its goal, I'm just glad I didn't get to finish it.
I usually like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but not this time I don't remember the last time I paid for something so awful. Just know if the cook looks your way one too many times while making your order, ask for a refund and leave, before it ruins...
Read moreConey Burgers Miami is nothing short of a masterpiece in the burger world. I honestly can’t sing their praises loud enough. This place serves the best burgers I’ve ever had, hands down. I tried both the OG and the Wagyu Champ, along with their signature sweet and salty fries, and each bite was mind-blowing. The freshness is undeniable, and the fact that they make their bread in-house takes it all to another level. You can taste the care and quality in every ingredient.
What truly sets Coney apart, beyond the food, is the people behind it. The owners are genuinely warm and welcoming, which adds heart to the entire experience. It’s rare to find a place where you not only leave full, but also feel like you were a guest in someone’s home.
The space itself is spotless, cozy, and has that clean, minimalist charm that makes you want to linger. Service is quick, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. They’ve racked up plenty of awards, and yet, none of them truly capture how special this spot is.
Coney Burgers is simple, fresh, homely perfection. Whether you’re a burger connoisseur or just hungry, don’t miss this gem. You’ll be thinking about it long after...
