Kept insisting they had a spot for us in the front despite me saying otherwise and physically directed us. While I was reverse parking they were in my ear the entire time in this crammed area. I was just trying to readjust they kept saying “FORWARD ” causing me to scratch this person next to me’s car. They took absolutely zero accountability whatsoever and even tried to make it out like I was intoxicated. The person I crashed into was a self described no morals individual so it didn’t help when while negotiating the employee was being very rude to me and even KEPT repeating how this has never happened in years in a snarky way. Staff has a very impatient and pushy attitude from the beginning and need to take in consideration where the customer would want to be viewing because I just wanted to park in the back peacefully (which there was plenty space). I handled everything well but it was a TERRIBLE experience especially for bringing your significant other to. I think it’s also important to note I have a clean record. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was truly awful. Honestly expecting a naggy, deflective reply full of cope because they clearly can’t accept their own fault and actually think about their customers. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Edit 1: I was right and their own reply shows their sheer immaturity. They are even deleting reviews. You guys told me to park there when I even said I didn’t want to, their reply demonstrates just how disrespectful they’ve been. Saying it’s sold out has nothing to do with anything, I bought the tickets weeks in advance they make it sound like I was uninvited. Your own people said that the “forward forward” wasn’t ment for me but someone else they were directing at the exact same time. This is truly injustice, people deserve to know about a bad experience that was only made worse by your immature staff. How is it a “fraudulent review” when you just admitted I was there? Google reviews is ment to display the customer’s experience and hiding it is unfair.
Edit 2: Now they are claiming the place I tried to park wasn’t an actual space which is a yet another lie, I was physically directed to it and other then that there were no clear instructions, the worker guiding me started guiding someone else mid park saying “forward” while I was trying to readjust which caused the contact. They deleted their awful reply borderline threatening me with a corporate response trying to act as if they are any how professional (they weren’t whatsoever) and are once again taking 0 accountability, and giving a tunnel vision response trying to save face ignoring everything said. I ended up leaving shortly after from just how bad the experience was, stating that letting us stay as if there was any reason to escalate the situation is gaslighting. I gave honest feedback which was ignored, and deleting and trying to pressure someone to deleting their review completely contradicts your last statement that review platforms depend on truthful and respectful...
Read moreRevision since the teams response. I gave 2 stars for my part in arriving close to gate close, but have revised it for the lack of customer service and blatant lies told by the owner. Let this serve as a warning to people looking: don’t go. As you pointed out I arrived before the gate closed. Your staff wasn’t there to let us in on time. I only raised my voice after my frustration grew after your treatment of us like criminals. your online system doesn’t work with mobile devices. Once on my computer, it worked. Regretfully. I had tickets, so clearly it paid and my message from over 24 hours prior was null in void. never turned my jeep around three times as you are well aware. I pulled in, reversed it with the trunk facing forward, once. I quietly and calmly asked you were the exit was so we could go, and drove to the exit with my lights off behind every other guest. My review clearly did its job in sending you into a frenzy of lies an anger. May the rest of your weekend be successful with no missing staff and customers who get to enjoy themselves.
First time. Messaged the team with questions, never heard back. On arriving at 730 (traffic made our 2.5 hour drive over 3 hours, plan accordingly) there was no Staff at the gate. A random person wandering, I thought may have been an employee, ran in front of me and went to the building across the street. We drove around a block of busy 1 way streets for 30 mins before seeing this same person at the gate. He was the employee. When let in we were at the second gate for ten minutes, saw the movie begin, when another employee noticed me flashing my lights for help. Instead of telling us how to use the sound they chose to talk about my unresponded to instagram message which was clearly of no importance anymore since I figured it out, had my tickets, arrived, and never received a response. After getting settled in they never gave us the information for the sound, and connecting on my car radio wouldn’t work since he berated us to turn the car fully off. We left in tears and frustration and drove the three hours home, the team could have been a little more friendly, helpful to newcomers, or even made it clear where the entrance was by making sure employees don’t wander away at the time of entry. Good idea....
Read morewe went to see barbie on 7/29/22 and the low lights on the car wouldn’t turn off. one of the attendants (pink shirt) was yelling to turn it off, aggressively shining the flashlight at us, and was very rude. treating customers in that way definitely doesn’t match the vibe of an independent local theater, especially one we’ve supported for years. since there wasn’t anything that could be done we just left- i completely understand why they need to be off, but that’s not the right way to go about it.
update: unsurprisingly, the business’ response was about “kind and professional” as this person treated us. we have gone many times in the past with our car on, as plenty of cars were on as well. the first and only time they asked us to turn off the car was once the movie already started (we were there an hour prior- not once did anyone ask us to turn the car off). there was never any mention of children when we were there so that’s a reach. i thought the rule was no lights not to sit in a car with no ac for three hours? also i didn’t say a word to this person. the lights wouldn’t turn off so we left without being asked. that is listening to the rules so i have no idea what this person is saying. again, based on our treatment, not at all surprised with their response and just reinforces our experience that day. the person at the exit who helped guide us out was very kind and assisted with the refund and we have only ever had positive experiences before, but unfortunately this one person is detrimental...
