Soccer Cage Downtown — Attraction in Miami

Except the girl working there who’s lovely and hard working, the owners really don’t know how to keep A business, last week 7 of the people that were supposed to come play got covid, and unfortunately we were not able to play, when we let the girl working there know, she said that obviously that were no problem since we are not canceling the field because we just can’t play but not to contagious other people. Apparently the owner don’t care and got upset at us because we didn’t show up. I guess at this point 100 dollars for them are more important than the health of their customers. Very nice and clean. Staff are very courteous. There are 2 fields, well lit, well maintained and clean. There are tables for watching right outside the fence. There is also a food stand that sells water, popsicles, chips, and gatorade. The restrooms are always clean. This place is also available for rent for events. You can hold it outside I believe they provide a tent, or you can have it indoors as they have a room. The room I am not crazy about because it is very plain. But it does have TVs for...

Extremely poor service and disrespectful staff (Lorenzo). We had a reservation at 5:00 pm and the staff did not show up until 5:30pm.
