Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Springs

After waiting in such a long terrifying line, the last thing we would want is to have a disgusting drink that the barista couldn’t even make not even with instructions from a Starbucks worker from a different location. My sister ordered an iced London fog drink, and received a hot one and was told she can just put it over ice, which was honestly the most disgusting thing ever my sister then Explain to them how to make it after being asked how to make it and they clearly said we don’t do that here. What kind of answer is that and what kind of Starbucks barista says that worst service ever then just gave a cup of milk with a little bit of espresso in it, which was disgusting then my wife received a cup of hot water after asking for a cup of iced water, which was a horrible start to my day NEVER COME HERE! Should’ve gone to the other side of the airport maybe would’ve gotten something better. If I could leave zero stars, I would the worst Starbucks ever!!!!...

Worst Starbucks I have been to. You are confident that anywhere you go you can get the same service and order your favorite drink or food. Well, not here. First of all they almost had no food. I chose to order turkey bacon sandwich and on display the price was 5.10 but I was charged 8.40. I asked why if the price was different and was told “take it to the manager”. The service was pretty rude. Then the item on the bill was different from the one I ordered and I got an answer that it doesn’t matter because all of them cost the same. Finally when I got my sandwich it was a different one (probably chicken pesto), when I asked about it the cashier said that’s what I ordered and I said no, it was turkey sandwich with egg and bacon. She asked someone else if they have it and another person said no. So I have no idea what I bought and what I got but definitely not what I ordered. Unfortunately, horrible experience...

In view of the poor condition of the store, I asked to speak to the manager, a very arrogant woman came out and then a very rude older man, I told them that the store looks dirty and disorganized, the cashier did not even ask me about the size of my drink, they did not give me my receipt and also the cashier was on her cell phone all the time, I wanted to talk calmly with the managers and what I received in return was "take care of your house". Everyone in that store was rude, I was humiliated and badly treated. I feel hurt and frustrated as this is the first time in my life that I have been treated this way in public. I love Starbuck's with my life, however this has been the worst experience in one of their stores. A total lack of respect from the employees and especially the manager.
