Let me just start off by saying: Crumbl, you have no business making cookies this dangerously good. Like, respectfully—are y’all trying to ruin my self-control?? I walked in for one cookie… walked out with a box the size of a baby casket, and zero regrets.

The second you open that iconic pink box, your whole life changes. I’m not exaggerating. The smell alone makes you forget your problems. Bills? Don’t know her. That awkward thing I said in 2013? Erased. Because the only thing I can focus on is the warm, gooey masterpiece staring back at me with melty chocolate chips and a thick, cakey attitude like it owns the place. Which it does.

Let’s talk about the flavors—because whoever’s in the back making these up deserves a raise, a hug, and a reality show. One week it’s Snickerdoodle Cupcake, the next it’s like Cinnamon Toast Crunch had a love child with a sugar cookie. I mean?? The creativity is insane. Every cookie is its own little event. You don’t just eat a Crumbl cookie—you experience it.

And listen, these cookies are massive. Like, “could knock someone out in a food fight” big. I always lie to myself like, “Oh I’ll just have half and save the rest for later.” Girl. Be serious. That cookie didn’t make it out of the parking lot.

I don’t know what kind of customer service training y’all do, but it’s working. They treat me like I’m not just there for emotional support sugar (even though I 100% am).

The store is super clean, the vibes are immaculate, and you can watch them make the cookies right there in the kitchen. It’s like watching a bakery episode of HGTV, except I’m the main character and I get to eat the final product.

Pro tip: if you haven’t downloaded the app, do it. It lets you stalk the weekly menu like a dessert-obsessed detective, and order ahead like a cookie VIP. They even have delivery, which is dangerous info to know because now I never have to leave my house to get emotionally wrecked by a Churro cookie.

Crumbl is not just a bakery, it’s a lifestyle. A sugar-coated, sprinkle-covered, “I’ll start my diet Monday” kind of lifestyle. And honestly? I’m thriving.

I've heard so much about these cookies, I finally gave it a try. They're pretty good, and not as sweet as I thought it would be.

I'm not a fan of the automated ordering system - especially when it comes to baked goods, I like dealing with staff directly so that I can ask questions.

Now for the cookies! Although it was more of a cake, the dulce de leche was amazing, and so was the lemon cheesecake cookie. The Reese's cookie was very chocolaty, but severely lacking peanut flavor - I would not recommend it for Reese's fans. The classic chocolate chip cookie was just okay.

Asking for a tip in a place where there is minimal interaction with the staff is something I'm having trouble understanding, especially since you're asked to leave a tip before you even see how the cookies look or hear a word from any staff member. I do hope the employees are getting paid decently for their work, because they work hard. But in my opinion, a tip should not be requested for packing cookies in a box - it is management's responsibility to pay the staff accordingly. DO NOT order curbside. They will not come out to you. I placed order at 6:05p. The app said my order would be done at 6:10p. I clicked "i'm here" around 6:12p. At around 6:25p the app told me "hope you're enjoying your cookies"... so I waited 5 more mins.. (I have patience). I then walked in at 6:30p and they did not know they had a curbside order. Also, they were out of stock 2 out of 4 cookies I ordered and said it'd be a 30 min wait to thaw out the cookies. Did not want to wait that long since I already waited 20 mins for them to bring out cookies that were never brought out. So I replaced it w/ the same other 2 cookies. I had a bad experience and sad to say it is not because this location is new. After I got home, I read reviews for 3 other surrounding tampa locations and they have a lot of the same reviews about a bad curbside experience. Don't offer curbside if you are not honoring it!
