They will reuse salsa that's put on tables (i saw them take a squeezed out lemon out of the bowl of salsa, refill it and served it out). The lady taking orders always ALWAYS tries to charge me more than what I'm ordering. She will purposely hand out the receipt without the prices on it so the customer doesn't notice.
