Great Wall — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered the house special lo mein lastnight and specifically asked for no brocolli because my significant other is allergic to it he got home from work to discover a big piece of brocolli in it he went back to the store and had them remake it she denied that there wasnt any in it before he went back and when he arrived her response was its just a small piece it good to know that some of the staff and cooks do NOT care about there concerns so today he opened it and was eating it only to discover a small piece in it so now he has skin irritation and has to keep a close eye on his breathing so i thank you for your inconvience and inconsiderate customer service that was the first and LAST time i will ever do business here again!!!!so beware fellow customers if you have an allergy to something and ask for it to not be in the dish they will NOT care about...

OMGEE SO I WAS LOOKING For some yummy Chinese food to help with my feeling homie while passing by here in the rain. Omgee let’s just say I toke a chance. The place is not the beef looking but believe You me the food was excellent broccoli was crisp and fresh the sauce shrimp broccoli come in was made with light starch as I like it, my shrimp fried rice with White rice bean sprouts onions peas was amazing!! Kathy the lady taking my order was phenomenal she toke the Time to help me wasn’t rushing me or dismissive when I asked questions to help make the best decision to feed me!! IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Went twice lol 😂🍒 Sorry I was so busy and hungry devoured the food not many photos sooo...

This place doesn't even deserve a star... Ijust needed something in order to post on this nasty place!!!! HORRIBLE service... nasty oriental woman there wants to scream at customers on the phone... this place shouldn't even be in service!!!! We declined our card after they sent someone to our house to take the food back without correcting the order... please... I worked in the food business... this food would have gone in the garbage there!!! I feel that our 60 minute go around with that disgusting place is worth throwing it out ourselves!! We will NEVER send anyone there and say to all else going... STAY...
