A pretty nice place to eat in Navarre. I usually have a pleasant experience within the restaurant and mostly have one going through drive-thru. The restaurant is typically pretty clean and pleasant within.
I will say there have been times that the drive-thru has been a little frustrating whether I have sat there for a very long time or my order has been goofed. The drive-through sometimes has problems with people actually acknowledging that you're there at the window waiting to pay for your food. While sitting there I watched one standing there eating ice cream and doing nothing while one girl ran around like crazy trying to do her job. The one standing there had looked at me a few times through the window, though no one bothered opening the window and telling me it will be just a moment or anything professional like that. This type of thing has happened twice out of the 15 times I've been there. The food has always been good to excellent as has the custard been. I have yet to order something I disliked from their menu. Most Most times service has been with a smile and timely.
Update: They're doing better now in some ways and mediocre in others. For a little while there almost every burger I received was burnt. My orders were getting screwed up constantly, getting the wrong sandwiches, missing items for my order, and getting put on a list to get them replaced when I return or something free in place of it. Though I can appreciate someone trying to make it right, if it happens all the time there's a problem.
On the most recent visit, they got my order completely right, the food was delicious, but when I asked for ketchup--which used to come with every meal that contained fries--the young gal that had to get it for me seemed very upset she had to go inside to get it, rolling eyes and sighing...she was coming back out with someone else's food so I don't understand why the attitude. I also understand they are teenagers a lot of times working there but it's just ketchup,...

Customers Service Its apparent that this company took the time to choose wisely hiring their diverse but friendly staff. The cashiers greet you and smile when taking your order. They were vocal when talking to you. If you order dine, once your order is placed, you can go sit down and they will bring it out to you.
Food Presentation of the food brought out was desirable looking. I had the Cod fish dinner with green beans and French fries. You have to ask for a drink, which I forgot but the cashier kindly gave me a cup even though we both forgot. The fish was perfectly breaded and cook. It wasn't overly greasy like how you get it at Long Johns. You can order between 1 to 3 pieces of fish. I ordered two and wish I only got 1 because they are good sized chunks of meat. The taste was amazing and kept me wanting another bite. The French fries were good, nicely salted, and not overly greasy. The Green Beans BLEW MY MIND! I'm not usually a fan of any restaurant green beans but Culver's has got to be the the best I've ever had, restaurant or home cook. They were bursting with flavor, perfectly cook, still had a crunch and not soggy. I almost wanted to order a to-go cup of green beans they were that good. The meal also came with a warm dinner roll and a side of butter.
Cleanliness This location is in a prime area for the tourists and it was busy in the drive thru and inside. With that said, they kept up with keeping most of tables to dine at clean as much as they could keep up. Someone was always passing by looking around and or taking care of the table or drink station. I didn't go into the restroom so I can't speak on that. They also have an outside shaded seating area of four tables. It seemed well upkept.
Final thoughts I'm definitely going to go back here. Loved the customer service, food selection, the atmosphere, and what I ordered. So I highly recommend this establishment and hope that your experience is as good...
Read moreHorrible Costumer Service! Ordered some Cheese Curds to eat out on the patio (which tasted alright and did not take too long), but then went back inside to order a pint of frozen custard. This was when it all went down hill... Waited outside for about 15 minutes, the cashier who took my order had come out and handed someone from the drive thru their order and noticed that we were still waiting for our custard so he told us he would go inside to check on it and then came back out to tell us that it'll be just a few more minutes. We waited an additional 15 minutes and then I went inside to check for myself, asked the man at the register and he apologized and said he would bring it out when it was done. after another 15 minutes I went back inside and told the manager (Cody) that we had been waiting for over 30 minutes for our custard, he provided a lousy explanation about how they were slammed and were really behind and that 2 people were in front of us, so back out I went for another 10-15 minutes. Came back inside and talked to manager and they still hadn't made the custard! I honestly think that they forgot about us in 4 different occasions because there were people inside that had ordered after we did and left long before we had! It should not have taken over an hour to make a single pint of frozen custard and honestly the people working there were just running around with their heads cut off and not following thru with any of the customer needs. There cheese curds were good, but I do not think I would go back with such...
