I mean, this Taco Bell goes through some real ups and downs. You can have a 6 month period of just straight up excellent service and product and followed by 6 months of horrific service and food. I mean I know its Halloween month and all, but this is terrible. Staff "xxxx she has a complaint" to call manager over. I mean, I wasn't really complain, just came in from drive through to get my order changed to the correct order of what I asked for and paid for and was on my receipt. Maybe too much to ask, but felt ok to me to ask for what I wanted. Guy comes over and says "what's wrong.. just tell me what you want so I can fix it" sheesh. No bed side manner. but ok. straight to business. But then what they gave me was quite possible worse than what I ordered. So this was the second time in 2 days that my Mexican pizza was wrong (yes I know who goes to TB 2 days in a row, I got a 14 year old boy) and amongst other things in order that were wrong, I wanted this right. But I guess we will go back on a 6 month off of Taco Bell and check back in later see if new staff and food is right later. Sad. I miss the days a few months ago when it was as reliable...
Read moreMy husband and I placed two separate orders on the app. Had to wait in the long drive thru lane cause apparently their website lied about what time their lobby is open til. Said it was open til 10 pm and when we arrived at 930 they already locked the doors.
They confirmed our orders and we then had to sit and wait again for us to come up to the window. Handed us our drinks and then the guy said “here is your food” and that was it. When we got home, we realized we only received my husband’s meal and not mine. My husband went back to the store to retrieve my meal, after poor communication from the drive thru team. I tried calling the store, but they probably took their phone off the hook as there was a busy signal. Luckily, we were able to receive a fresh order of my meal.
This store needs to be a little more organized with how they run things. I normally don’t get irritated, but after just wanting a night off from cooking and choosing to eat from this establishment really set my night for a bad start. Hopefully management and the owners will see this and remedy...
Read moreTonight I had the best experience driving through the drive thru in Navarre. I drove to Taco Bell balling my eyes out sad. I ordered my food crying, I paid crying and before I left one of the sweet guys made me smile. He wasn’t flirting he was just being nice and that meant a lot to me. More than he probably knows. There’s not a lot of “good” People now a days, in my opinion. Especially who work fast food. Anyways this young man could have just handed me my stuff and went on with his night but he chose to try to make me feel better and it honestly did. I still cried all the way home but I wasnt crying because I was sad I cried because his actions. When I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager to figure out his name so I can say thank you. Manager Wasn’t sure which one it was so he gave me the name of both guys working the window. So I’m not sure if it was Liam or Jacob but from the bottom of my heart I’m thankful there are still good people like you and I appreciate the time you took to try to make me feel better.
