I recently had the pleasure of dining at cuscatlan and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly captures the essence of Salvadoran culture.The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure that every detail of my meal was perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, which I really appreciated The food was the highlight of the evening. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors, from the delicious pupusas to the perfectly cooked tamales. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. Great Authentic Salvadorean Food. Pupusas, tamal de elote, Salvadorean breakfast, and the lunch menu are great. All Salvadorean staff which makes it better. Went to a different place around the corner that claimed they were Authentic and the only Salvadorean staff was the pupusera (1 lady). They had more Mexican food then Salvadorean. I am Mexican and my wife from El Salvador. Cuscatlan tops any place around our area for Authentic Salvadorean food. Staff is great, friendly, and very attentive to us. Price is very reasonable in my opinion and a very cozy place. Excellent Salvadoran food. Remember this is not Cuban food, so the flavor is a little bit different. There is less salt and spices and more of the true nature of the food inherent in the food taste it self. The red beans are actually much healthier for you than black beans and the rice is done way above a Cuban restaurant. The tostones are flat and very very crispy and serve the piping hot. And the service is very nice they knew I was there my first time and they ask me how I liked it!!
