One of the worst places to get your phone fixed. I went back 4 separate times to get my phone fixed only for it to be worse after. My dad spent over 400 dollars trying to fix this phone. The problem here is the fact that they only fix it enough but not fully so you can come back. He said there was a 14 day warranty but when we said there was still a problem with the phone, he proceeded to try to charge us for a “diagnostic”, meaning the last time he did a diagnostic to see what’s wrong with the phone; he didn’t do it to the full extent.
