Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Florida

when i walked to the door the girl employee was hunched over on the outside bench next to the entrance with her cup on the bench next to her and she looked drunk or high-on drugs and seemed to be nodding off. She looked like something wrong that my kids asked whats wrong with her. I go inside and the customer finally got his ice cream and must have been a while because he was talking about how annoyed he was. Then the employee puts his blizzard down and it was not the right thibg he ordered. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich meal plain with cheese. After waiting 25 minutes and still no food, i asked how long and the kid asked the people in the back and i heard them saying they forgot something and its gonna be at least 20 minutes yet the kid says to me they are making it fresh thats why its taking so long. I was the only customer in there. A chicken sandwich takes 8-12 minutes to make. The sandwich came out and had everything on it not the way I ordered it. I did not want to wait so i took everything off.they forgot My daughters fries so i had tell them that. This was 32 minutes till i got my order. The guy working in the drive through was working. The other two were completely clueless and were more concerned about talking to each other and they both seemed high on drugs. The kid did not give me my change back and i told him. He then could not figure out the math so my 13 yr old daughter had to tell him what to give back. He says he is terrible at math. If I could put 0 stars I would!! I just left this location and I must say I have NEVER had such poor customer service. I arrived at the drive through about 5 minutes after 11:00am and I spoke to the speaker and no one answered. So I decided to walk inside. When I walked inside, I was not greeted, in fact I received a scowled look from CHRISTINE who was at the front counter. I asked her if the drive thru was operational and she replied with" we're counting money", and she continued to count her change loudly to me, 1,2,3,4 and so on. I stood there and waited for her to finish counting her register. When she was done she looked up at me and rudely said"ok, now what do you want?" At this point I asked her what time they opened, because at this point it was already almost 12 minutes after 11:00. She replied that "they were running late." I have worked in customer service my entire working career and would NEVER treat someone this way. I voiced my opinion to her and she refused to wait on me, because she couldn't handle my feed back. She then turned to the drive thru associate and said" you're going to have to wait on this F*#king woman and walked away.The gentleman that took over for her was pleasant. I happened to be in Wesley Chapel a few weeks ago and decided to stop at this particular Dairy Queen. Usually I stop at the one in Zephyrhills. They must have been very busy or rather very short-staffed that day. The line was long the wait was long. The lady apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience. I had ordered two blizzards for my kids and for myself, as always the Royal New York cheesecake Blizzard with strawberries. Once waiting at the window again for a very long time we finally received our blizzards and I drove off. Within a few seconds I realized there were no strawberries in mine.. I was super disappointed. I've been craving this blizzard 4 over a week now and I was really feeling it. I tried to go inside only to find a sign on the door that says the Lobby is closed. The drive-thru was so backed up again that I wasn't dare going to get in line again. So I went back to the door and knocked on it. But it seems like no one else was working besides that one person. I was so angry that day. I was close to just leaving the blizzard in front of the door.
