Extra Space Storage — Local services in Wesley Chapel

This has been the best storage experience I have ever had. The unit was reserved by their associate on line, Desiree. She gave me a great deal, and even had the lock in the unit when I arrived. Raymond, the attendant on duty could’t have been more helpful and accommodating. . The unit had a gate that you had to have a code to get through. The unit was not only in a climate controlled area, but you drove up under the building overhang to unload. It wasn’t raining, but in case it had been, we and our belongings were protected. The unit checklist was on the door, and showed what had been completed. The unit was clean-even the hallway to the unit was clean. Had I been staying in Wesley Chapel, and needed a storage unit for a longer period, this would be the place I would have chosen without a doubt. Superb service, and accommodations. Well...

It was an amazing experience!!! I want to say I have never been in the need of a storage unit, so I was not looking forward to the challenge of finding one. I went in an was greeted at the door by Jason and he went through everything with me and gave me a tour of the facility. I told him I wasn’t sure what size I needed and so he showed me the two sizes that I thought I might be interested in. I let him know I would go home and measure what I had that needed to be stored and then I would be back before he closed. I did that and came back and he signed me up and got my lock on for me and showed me how it worked. He also walked me out and showed me how to use the keypad and showed me where to pull my vehicle to unload what ever I was needing to put in the storage unit. Again I want to say it was an amazing experience....

Raymond is the single worst employee that I have ever encountered with any business of any kind, EVER. His customer service I would rate a 0 out of 10. He spent the entire time trying interrupt me and when I tried to barrel through and finish my sentence he would say that I was interrupting. NOT ALLOWING YOU TO INTERRUPT ME AND FINISHING MY SENTENCE IS NOT INTERRUPTING YOU RAYMOND. He was the least helpful human that I have ever had the misfortune to come across and he lied and tripped up on himself multiple times. He also hung up on me four times (one time was because somebody in line behind me said a cussword and he heard it and said that he is super sensitive to bad words, that they hurt his feelings and then hung up) TRUE STORY. Extra Space needs to get rid of him at the first available opportunity. BAD...
