Dave's Snowballs — Restaurant in Florida

Yesterday afternoon, I parked in the parking lot where there are all these crazy signs that I didn't understand. Something about $15 for 15 minutes? Very confusing. I ran up to the window & asked real quick if they had sugar-free options...a short pink haired millennial with glasses "greeted" me with RBF & after I asked she looked at me & said, "I'll help you once you go & park your car correctly," in the most demeaning voice ever. I literally thought that I was in the twilight zone. My car was still running & my friend was in it. I was flabbergasted as I looked at this human who is servicing the public & I said, "No thank you, I don't think I wanna buy anything from you nor give you my business." The parking lot is gravel & there are NO LINES! There are just these crazy & confusing signs posted all over! Like the signs are literally yelling at customers! There was only one other car in the lot. I was parked just a lil askew, diagonal(ish), actually. I didn't know the parking rules. So some other words were exchanged & maybe a middle finger. That person actually woke up that morning and chose violence. I will never go back & neither should you. I dunno who that employee is but this place does not deserve any business bc of the way they treat people. Do better. I literally can't stand that person & I don't even know her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! There's gotta be another place to get a snowcone. Was I in another dimension???? I had to be on an episode of Punk'd??? For real tho, the worst! Like,...

Very disappointed after ordering what I was told was the best stuffed snow cone only to find out it wasn’t in fact stuffed. After driving back to returning the full snow cones I was given a half full snow cone in return with barely any ice cream in it. This is not good service especially because you pay extra to add the ice cream. I should have listened to the other bad reviews but wanted the experience and oh did I receive it. Will not recommend to other visitors wanting this experience. Save your time and money and go to Publix it’s about a mile away. I feel like my family and I were bamboozled. We drove almost a 1,000 miles to enjoy ourselves, but felt this place would help us do so. I was completely and utterly wrong. This is a beautiful place. I am not a huge fan of sno cones. I came here for the kids. The employee was super sweet and had told us her favorite was yellow cake mix with sweetened condensed milk. I thought hmm I’ll give it a try. WOW WOW WOW! I am now addicted to sno cones 😂! I have been to three places since I left Perdido keys and I have not had one better. I can’t wait to come back next year because I will be visiting every day 😂. To that sweet girl working that day THANK YOU THANK YOU! And if you’re reading this, you will not regret trying that flavor combo!
