I’m not the type of person to write google reviews but I’m tired of the food quality here since I have given them so many chances, I used to love this place but sadly their food quality has gone down hill, the desserts are not good as they were I truly miss the other owners, this place is advertised as Dominican but I feel like the all need a trip back to motherland because I order a 1/2 tres leches I even told the lady i live extremely far and I really hope that is good since I had issues with them in the pass where I have purchased tres leches and when I get to eat them they are bad so she reassure me that 1/2 tres leche was good and wet inside which was my mine main concern when I got home and I was serving the cake the first thing I noticed is that the cake didn’t even had supiro dominicano and the cake was dry inside just like a regular cake THIS WAS NOT a 3 leches at all.

I called them up since we also order slices of Dominican cake each for $6.00 which seems crazy to me and the dulce de leche was so so bad the cake was extremely dry and the dulce de leche was so hard, I have taken Dominican cake classes and trust me I know about quality This wasn’t quality at all. They refused to give me a refund since the owner is out of town and the lady said she could give me another dessert like if I’m going to waste my gas to come here again to have a bad dessert, they have lost me as a client this was the last chance I gave them to make it right.

Plus whenever you place an order for pick up is never ready when tell you, I know inflation is bad but the keep raising their prices and instead of having consistent with their portions they keep making...

Allow me to start by stating i was higgly excited when i went to this place is so cute and the owner was nice. Now my experience as a customer is highly unsatisfied would not reccomend this place if you are looking for perfection along with a great deal. Me and my sister order my nieces sweet sixteen bday cake , appetizers which included shots which were good and pastried which were good. Now the cake was such a disaapointment. There were three cakes one which was two tiers and two singles ones, before i could drive out one of the cakes just broke all on its own without anyone touching it. The two tier cake started to tilt. They were so soft and the decor started to come apart and they had just been baked.OMG they drove the cake to my party after several hours since i refused to drive out with them and the cake was the same one and still tilting through the whole event, it had to be cut early before it came apart. No nice pics . We asked for some type of refund not the whole thing but at least half and they refused. The cake was not even cooked well,lord embarrasing and not worth it. Pls consider else where is not what it appears bad quality cakes.. not dominican at all ..is not even a eatable cake they need serious...

Order a cake for my sons first birthday. I ordered it 3 weeks ahead of time. Week before I called to confirm that the cake would be ready to the agreed upon time. 9 am. They said no, 2 PM. I'm like I specifically asked for 9 because it's a kids birthday and we need it early. Since this is a Dominican Cake place. I specifically asked that it would be made with suspiro. They called me the day of and say that no. They can't have it done with suspiro it has to be made with whip cream or butter. I specifically asked that it was made like in the Dominican Republic. They made with whip. Absolutely not the same type of cake at all. We get it home and the food coloring is stuck to your fingers the minute you touched it. We carve the cake and it tastes like an old two week old cake. An absolute disaster. I'm sure i would have done a better job watching a YouTube video and making the cake myself. Stay away from here and go...
