I always come here and never had a problem. But today, which is April 23rd in 2019, Marcia the manger was completely rude. The service she provided does not even deserve 1 star. I asked for a chocolate dipped rainbow sprinkled cone and she said “we never had that”. So I pointed to the strawberry dipped rainbow sprinkle waffle on display and asked if they have it in the dipped chocolate? She was very arrogant. My boyfriend who always order a small cookies and cream, which is not on the menu but usually the other times, the staff just put Oreos on top of the vanilla ice cream and twirl it just a little bit for him. But noooo... she told him, “what you’re referring to is the cookies and cream twirl and there’s no small for that one.” In a annoyed tone of voice. So I rolled my eyes because clearly she’s being a rude person and doesn’t deserve to be on the manager position. I can’t even imagine how she treats the employees. And to top it all off, she shut the window quickly once she gave us our ice cream 🍦 without any napkins. So I walked to a table as I told my boyfriend to please ask her for napkins because I couldn’t stand another second of looking at her face. When he had asked if we could get napkins because we did not get any she had the audacity to say, “ are you sure? Probably the wind blew it away because I know i gave them to you.” She clearly should not be working in customer service because she has no etiquette. Especially as a manager. Went to this location for the first time over 6 months and hated it. I understand kids need jobs but christ you ask for something in plain simple english and they look at you like a toodler. My girlfriend and i like sprinkles. We tell them the "load them on" "we want sprinkles galore". What do they do? They take a tiny plastic spoon and scoop out a couple spoonfuls on top of a cup of ice cream so you get a whole three sprinkles for the first half of the ice cream if youre lucky. My girlfriend went there just tonight to surprise me with ice cream and again said she wanted sprinkles galore and she would pay whatever they wanted to get them. So what do they do? They fill this tiny contain that maybe holds 4 oz of something, about 1/3 full and proceed to charge her $2 for it. I hate this place. I forgot to mention i got a oreo blizzard (similar to the DQ) thing and they put just as much of the oreo. So to summarize if you just want a cup of plain ice cream this is the place to go. If you want some toppings steer clear. Even if you throw money at them they wont give you toppings - at least not more than a spoonful. I assume it has to be the kids that stare blankly at your requests. Ditch the kids and ill think about coming back. I dont plan to buy from any other location either. Its just ice cream - get it...

When you feel like the temperature outside is hot enough to melt your flip flops or even sizzle an egg on your pristine looking forehead then it's probably time for a tasty ice cream treat.

Solely based on first trip I would have given this place four stars. Good service, the guy was attentive, polite and patient because it was my first time at this place. The ice cream I ordered was coconut sundae and a regular cup of cheesecake. Unfortunately, one day later I had the craving again because I felt my hair melting so I knew it was that time to grab a treat.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a more mature, not so patient employee. Ordered the same coconut sundae and this time a medium white chocolate cup. What I didn't realize immediately and only after I got in my car and left was that the ice cream had a horrible stench of cough syrup and that old cabinet full of vitamins in your home. It was awful and impossible to eat. I even had to throw it away. For sheerly my second experience I have to give this venue 3 stars. Will update if I decide to go back again and if my...
