Dippin' Dots — Restaurant in Florida

Ice cream was good, the lady working there is the absolute worse, such a rude individual. I drove 35 minutes to take my nieces and daughter here and my youngest niece who is 6 spilled here icecream on the floor. I kindly asked the lady to give me a broom so I can clean it up and she said "it's ok I got it". Before it started raining again we decided to head back to the car so I grabbed a few paper towels off the table to throw in the trash then to come back and put my chair away as I moved them to seat us 5. She definitely was bothered as she made it very clear she was bothered because I know she thought I was going to leave my area the way it was. So I asked her if she was feeling some type of way and she had the odasity to tell me "well if you worked here would you be happy to clean this up" I then told her I told you I would clean it up and you said you got it. She then said "well I work here". At that point I didn't bother cleaning anything up off the table or put my chairs back. I'm Hispanic and I definitely felt that had alot to do with how she thought she could treat me. Guess what I was born and raised in this country America is my home and all I know so if you thought you could run one over me and I wasn't going to defend myself appropriately you were very wrong lady. I feel who ever owns this business should rethink who they hire because they will either destroy your business or help you bring it up. I recomend better customer service. Please do better. EXTREMELY poor customer service. My child was so excited about getting Dippin Dots because it’s his favorite ice cream. We got there 20 minutes before they closed. The employee working literally pulled her phone out when she saw us walking in, shook her head and continued to sweep the floor. At that point, I wasn’t going to give her my business and stay and tolerate her rudeness so I turned around with my child and left. Obviously she didn’t want anymore customers for the night. I felt bad because my kid was happy we took a drive out to buy Dippin Dots and I had to explain that the worker was rude and disrespectful. I understand that people want to go home, but it was 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. She did not have to pull her phone out, check the time and to top it off, shake her head and continue to sweep. Will have to drive him to another location tomorrow. So...

The ice cream is amazing but the customer service was horrible. The store was empty and only 4 of us were ordering ice cream. We felt rushed and almost as if she was burdened with having to stand up from using her phone to pour ice cream. Only reason I came here was because family is visiting from out of town and asked they asked me to bring them. The only way I will visit again will be if my family comes back to town but id prefer to go to the vending machines at the outlets than to have to deal with this lady again.
