My order was delivered wrong. I received the wrong chicken. I called the store within 2 minutes of the delivery driver leaving, where I was connected to the manager, Steven. Steven offered to give me a credit for the chicken or have it remade and delivered, but was very ingenuine about the latter option. I asked for it to be remade and delivered, as that is what we ordered and that is what we wanted. Steven emphasized that it would be "like 40 minutes" before it would be here. I said, OK. That's what my kids wanted. He repeated that he could just give me a credit and added that I'd have to give the incorrect item back. I never asked to keep the incorrect item. Obviously, we didn't want it. This ended the call. After hanging up, my husband told me to call back and cancel the chicken, as the manager's attitude made him distrust any food that would be redelivered. Within a minute of hanging up the phone, I called back and said to cancel the chicken. I heard the person who answered tell the cook, Darius, to cancel the chicken (the associate was very polite & helpful) and asked me to hold for the manager, once again to get my credit situated. Once Steven attended to the call, I informed him that we changed our mind because we didn't want someone spitting in our chicken or anything like that. I politely asked for my debit card to be credited for the amount of the chicken, as we don't know when we'd order again. Steven informed me that he'd give me store credit, but not a refund for the incorrect item that was delivered. I told him, again, that I don't know when we might order again and I'd prefer to be refunded for the chicken I paid for, which was not delivered. His words were as follows: " I can't refund just the chicken, all I can do is refund the whole order and there's no reason to do that, since it's only one item that was wrong." I never asked for a "freebie" and I also had every expectation to receive an accurate order. At the end of the day, it's just chicken and $6.00. My life hasn't changed. But you have lost a customer who has spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in your store over the past 7 years due to poor customer service. All I asked for was what I ordered and paid for. Read moreI ordered take out from their parking lot by phone as instructed. I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, no onions. I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back inside 20 minutes later only to be told that they forgot to make my pizza so I was told to go outside and wait another 25 minutes. When my pizza was finally finished they basically threw it at me with no receipt because the store was closing for take out orders. I went home to eat and my pizza didn't have a drop of buffalo sauce but was loaded with onions. I called the manager and told him and he was a nice man, he said to come back another time and they would remake the pizza. Well I did go back the next day and I even called ahead to make sure and was told that it would be ready. I arrived and everyone had no clue about the pizza and said there was no call until the manager came out and then they remembered taking my call but had forgotten to make my pizza. They were going to bring it to my car with free dipping sauce for my troubles. 25 minutes later and the guy can't find my car. I had to flag him down. He rudely handed me the box and went back inside in a huff. Read moreCalled for a delivery order was told no drivers so I placed and order for pickup went to pick up and was told that I was at the wrong place the kids at the counter was the one that I spoke with on the phone was I placed my order looked like he was halfway to the sun and back aside from my order I see about 3 delivery drivers come in and leave with orders one is sitting in him car next to my car… reordered my food given a 2liter soda paid and my son seat inside while I went to the car. 20mins later my son comes to the cat with the food we get home and they didn’t give us what we ordered called the store SAME kids answers the phone ask for a manager he said “well I need to know why you are wanting a manager “, I explained what happened and it was him that I have been dealing with the hold time he then tells me “well I didn’t mess up your order you can’t get anything for free”.
