Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Do not order from here. CORLA was the most rude employee I've ever dealt with!! I ordered a carry out pizza. When I ordered online, I was asked if I wanted extra cheese. Initially I said yes, but I deleted it when I found out extra cheese would add $3 to a $7 pizza. Call me crazy, but I thought that was ridiculous. When I got the pizza, which took twice the app tracker time, I saw there was no cheese. When I asked why, CORLA said "because that's how you ordered it". Technically she wasn't wrong but I tried to explain what happened. And then the verbal thrashing by CORLA began. "It said that's what you ordered so that's what you got". "People order without cheese all the time". And in such a mean, rude tone. For several minutes she went on and on. Granted... it was my mistake. But I truly did not see that removing the extra cheese removed all cheese. I asked "So there's no recourse possible". And then it happened. More rude and loud so anyone would hear she said "Look, you ordered the wrong pizza, but now you want to argue and your making all these other customers wait (the only customers were the ones still waiting on their pizza orders to be done and one person behind me). You can either take that one or I'll make a new pizza." So I waited. I had already almost convinced myself not to order from Dominos again due to the disappointing quality/toppings. CORLA just reaffirmed...

My wife and I were having a craving for wings late at night and dominoes was the only vendor open. When I called the gentleman was polite enough but certainly didn't sound knowledgeable. After going through the ordering process I asked to pick up the wings since I live less than a quarter-mile away but the gentleman told me Domino's closes for pick up at 10 and it would take roughly 45 minutes for them to deliver the wings.

Edit: 3 years after my original review I had completely forgotten about my last experience a dominos. I just came to pick up the pizza which I had ordered online. Their text messaging system alerted me that the pizza was ready. when I got there, there was a young lady and an older lady, both of them on their cell phones... neither were interested in helping me. After having waited at the register for about a minute, one of the young lady decided that she was going to briefly do her job.... but then backed out halfway through. all in, I was able write this entire review while waiting for them to pick up the pizza which I had already paid for! I can only assume that their manager wasn't at the location, since the shop looked like a crack den. In conclusion, why would you pay double the price of Little Caesars to have grimy people half complete your order? Oh, and they...

The last two times I've had their Pizza not good at all. Last night I wouldn't even give any Stars. I ordered the Brooklyn crust and it was so thin the thinnest I've ever seen it and it was soggy and greasy. I had grease all over my hands there was barely any ingredients on it.They raise their prices a few months ago the quality is not there and skimp on ingredients. The manager was making the dough balls and helping with pizzas working harder than anyone else in there. She should have been training them and with the open concept I really don't need to hear her reprimand her employees and talk all the business she was talking and even talked about how much money was left in the drawer when it shouldn't have been right in front of customers wasn't a good experience I'm...
