Please allow me to preface this by injecting the fact that I truly do not like to give less than three stars to any business that truly doesn't deserve it. On several occasions over the past year, I have had the sad unfortunate reality of ordering Dominos via their app on Android and having this particular Domino's be the one to receive my order and then deliver it or have it available for me to carry out. On more than one occasion when requesting delivery I have had things which I had ordered not show up with the delivery person, and then not get refunded to my card nor get credited to my account that I should receive it with perhaps a future order later ... (ie: colon a container of icing or a 2 liter of Coca-Cola)
This brings me to the delivery drivers! Never have I been charged upwards of three to four dollars for a delivery charge with my order to begin with only to encounter rude, unprofessional, and downright disgusting drivers. This Domino's has a tendency to hire the most unprofessional and downright redneck looking acting and sounding drivers that they could pull from the lowest parts of the workers pool avail. I am disgusted bye drivers who have come to the door 48 minutes after they've left the store expecting me to tip them on top of the $4 delivery charge. I'm not a cheap person by any means, I tend to be very gratuitous should the service deserve it. If my pizza gets to me within 10 minutes of the delivery drivers leaving the restaurant to bring me my pizza which is only a mile to two miles from the restaurant, I'm generally pretty happy and tend to show it with my tip. And that's despite the delivery charge! However if the delivery driver is 35 minutes past the time he's left the restaurant and arrives with my pizza and less one cup of icing as well as maybe a warm 2 liter of soda, I may only tip$1 and if he's so excited about that dollar that he says wow only a dollar! In a rude disgusting manner he will never get a tip again from me. You know who you are! Furthermore I believe that he shouldn't even have the job of delivery driver if he's going to be rude to customers as he delivers the pizzas knowing that there is a delivery charge and most people will not tip beyond that delivery charge. So guess what dominoes!? That's on you not on me. Go figure! I truly do hope to one day give this particular Domino's a better review however I doubt that will ever happen considering management seems to not give a damn about the employees a higher nor about the attitudes are employees reflect because it is a direct reflection of the management style and the managers attitudes as well.
If I had a choice of the Domino's or the Pizza Hut, I would go with Pizza Hut if this is the Domino's that is going to be delivering to you. That's my two cents....

I called DOMINOS immediately to discuss this issue…a lady picked up the phone and stated she was the manager. I explained to her that my pizza was cold, dry and burnt and also wasn’t cut and tasted very old. She asked me kindly to send a picture to her personal phone cell number to verify I guess which this had never happened to me in my 34 years of life ever ordering from a restaurant EVER AASK ME FOR MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER along with my cc info. The lady (girl) took my info down and stated that she would place it in the notes that I return to the store in the morning to receive my full refund I refused to accept a credit I rather make my own pizza atp.
I went to the store today this early afternoon and was racially threatened by a hand held pizza pan removal that they removed the pizza from the oven from, threatened by the police and also was refused to get my money back for something I did not eat… the guy told and yelled and used foul curse words at me…and threatened me minds you I’m 3 months pregnant and it really scared me by the fact that I was being threatened by one of the restaurants equipment that’s recorded on tape. I just want to say this…please don’t order from this location… there’s bad reviews for a reason this place is private ownership I will be seeking legal advice and compensation…that 20$ wasn’t worth me being threatened but we’ll see who’s will have the last words and we’ll definitely see how long this business will be in business with after I contact my lawyer and the BB (better business) You don’t treat and talk to nor threaten to throw objects with such violence body language I feel like that man would of shot me over a pizza and this situation would of escalated to something bad if it wasn’t for me leaving but well definitely see who’s going ton have the last laugh, Thank god my parents are special police officers in the state of New York. My experience was as follows:
I did not receive the ordered product within the estimated timeframe. I called the customer service number to report the issue and request a solution. After waiting [insert wait time], I spoke with a customer service representative who was unable to offer a satisfactory solution.
My family and I have been loyal customers of Domino's Pizza for years. We have always enjoyed your products and have been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations.
The disappointing messages I received from the customer service representative, such as "there's nothing we can do" and "you'll have to wait another hour," only added to our frustration. As a loyal customer, I expect more from Domino's Pizza.
