I'd like to start by saying most times i get delivery and my experiences are always good. This is why I gave 4 stars.
As you know, many times consumers write bad reviews before good ones and im definitely one of those. Now, let me set the scene. Your child has been in the hospital for a month, no school, no socialization at all. As a matter of fact, the hospital has your child in isolation the entire time, all through the holiday season. Strict dietary guidelines due to their illnesses. Then the day comes! First day back to school! Why not celebrate right! Baby, anything you want for dinner, its your choice. At this point your just praying that the kid actually eats solid food. What else would the little one want but pizza, not just any pizza but pizza with cheese pepperoni ANNND noodles. Most places dont offer that so you can add the noodles for the little 4 year old who just wants to put their favorites in one dish. Pick up the pizza and get home and figure out that the order is wrong, no biggie, right? Just call them and let them know so that you can get it fixed before the rest of the family even realizes. Mom, your killing it today!
At this point, you call the store to let them know that the order was wrong and so you are going to bring the incorrect food back in exchange for the correct order. How about the guy on the other line tells you to bring back everything. You look into the kitchen, kids have already opened. and started to demolish the first box, before momma changes her mind and just cooks. You explain well they are already eating it but i can take a picture with a time stamp. IF YOU WANT TO STAKE YOUR CLAIM THEN YOU NEED TO BRING BACK ALL YOUR FOOD MA'AM. Sooooo, needless to say, if you don't want a house full of crying kids and an upset family, then to be even further disappointed in service, make sure and then double check and then triple and quadruple check that they have your order right. Response after you pay is going to be brash and completely your fault . Our celebration turned out to be a bust unfortunately, every one had to go to bed really late and the ones that fell asleep on time didnt eat..... complete bummer.

Read moreHorrible service! My food arrived and hour and a half late. I had to call the store to find out where my food was bc the app says it was delivered but it wasn't. I spoke to the manager who stated that his driver had I fact delivered it but he would have him come back to the store to bring me my food. I stopped the driver at the front door at your store to ask if that was my food but he ignored me only to come inside, rest my food on the counter for an additional 30 minutes then comes knocking on my front door to deliver cold food that has been driven around, back and forth where ever he was at whennhe pushed the delivery button knowing damn well he NEVER showed up to my house. I have cameras so I know exactly what time he came. Minutes to 1 am. I ordered my food around ten during the Mike Tyson fight last night. The time said 20 to 22 minutes before the delivery driver arrives. Instead he showed up after hours, damn near rear ended my vehicle is in driveway then flat my tire on his miserable way back to his car. Very unprofessional! I will not ever order from this location. I usually do pickup but it was convenient to have it delivered. They lied about the time, lied about it being delivered when he hasn't even been to my home and they were very rude and ignorant once I arrived at the store. I did not receive any food but my account was charged 56.98. still waiting...
Read moreI've had issues with almost every single order I have placed at this store, and I have had enough. Even though I have paid for extra toppings every time they never put them, especially cheese and trust me they charge quite a bit for it! Here is what they consider a good extra cheese pizza; would you be happy if you paid $18 for it? None of my pizzas had the extra I paid for. When I called, the gentleman that answered the phone did not identify himself and simply said "Hello", after explaining the issue he did not apologize, put me on hold and then came back to the call and refused to refund my money and only offered to deliver a new pizza. I was not happy as I had kids already waiting for food but gave them another chance... An hour and 20 minutes later I was still waiting for food and half the kids left the pool party without eating. I once again called and he said the pizza was on its way but when I pointed out the time I had waited and that the pizza was no longer needed he once again refused to refund it and was more concerned with hanging up with me asap as he "had to call the driver to not deliver it to my house and bring it back". I had to go through my bank to report the unauthorized charge and will never again order Domino's. IF YOU DO NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR, BE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO FIRST APOLOGIZE AND THEN CORRECT...
