Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Friday night (11-03), around 7:30/7:45, I ordered their Mediterranean Veggie pizza with alfredo sauce, instead of tomato sauce. It showed up fast, and the delivery driver, Christopher, was nice, which is the only reason I gave two stars for service. The pizza was a sloppy inedible mess. The cheese, sauce, and toppings had slid off some spots, and to the middle. It was able to eat one slice of it with a fork, because it was impossible to eat it by hand, without it falling all over the place. The overwhelming amount of alfredo made it so greasy, I couldn't stomach another. My Chicken Habanero sandwich was absolutely COVERED in sauce. I ordered extra on the side (which I didn't even open), because I like to dip it, not have soggy bread, and dripping all over me. So again, like the pizza, it was a complete mess. The app said "Dan" made my pizza, so I assume he made my sandwich as well, because BOTH had an absurd amount of sauce on them. So much that the pizza was inedible, and the sandwich had sauce covering the sides, and whole bottom side of the bread, making it extremely messy. My husband and I always order through online. We have never had a problem with any orders. Today though we ordered a bogo free and when we went to pick it up only one pizza was done. My husband always runs in and I wait in the car and I thought this time was strange because we don't get soda and he had one in his hand. He comes to the car and tells me that it's going to be 8 minutes because they forgot to cook the second pizza. So I went inside with him to wait and I was offered a soda as well while we waited. Dan is the gentleman who asked if I wanted one as well and apologized for it not being ready.

While we were waiting I was watching Dan run a well oiled machine with his crew. No one seemed to get annoyed with him when he said he needed someone at the drive thru or counter. Now that is a sign of a good leader and the attitudes and cleanliness prove it.

When he gave us our order I asked his name and shook his hand and told him that I will be writing a bid review for him because he deserved it.

We get home and as always we have no issues with our pies. We will be coming back that is for sure. Keep up the...

Ordered thru the app. Put in my address and this is the Domino's the app picked for delivery. Pizza man comes and lets us know they will not deliver to us again as it is not the right location and takes away from the business south of them. According to the lady I called at the store they cannot make any changes or report any issues with the app making these decisions only I can. I attempted but only received a generic response. It will not show anything other than the fact that my store closest to me does not do deliveries via the app. If I want to order from them I need to do so by phone and miss out on points and rewards given via the app . Very annoying being told I am not going to be serviced again if the app chooses their store for delivery. This is something I do not have control over. .. they were so busy chastising our decision that we did not make they forgot my marinara sauce for my parmesan bites. At least I remembered why I uninstalled this app a while back. False pretenses and lack of the ability to just order food...
