Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I'm sorry, but the last several times the delivery was very late. This order though took the cake. We waited over three hours, and still no pizza. during those three hours we called the store several times. The first time the person said it should be nearby if the order says it's complete and that we should wait 5 minutes. We called again 30 minutes later and we were immediately put on hold. And we had to made to wait 10 minutes before we hung up and called again. We called complained and were put on hold to wait another 10 minutes until we hung up again. We called a final time were we put on hold again and decided to wait out the call while we made dinner (since by now it was passed two hours late) and we were forced to wait 43 minutes and 39 seconds on hold until the manager finally picked up the phone. And the excuse we were given was that the driver came by and said the house was abandoned, and that he called our phone twice. the manager then told him to bring it back because we wouldn't want our pizza cold and that after 30 minutes waiting they would throw it away. Our house has children's toy cars outside and the windows were open with house lights on. There was no way possible for him to confuse our house with an abandoned house. Secondly, the driver never called us, because we had the phone with us the whole time and it did not receive a call. I checked recent calls, nothing. And to top it off the manager told the driver we wouldn't want our pizza because it was cold... we have an oven and a microwave we would have still eaten the pizza. I'm sorry, but this whole situation was unacceptable. If I could give this rating ZERO stars I would, but unfortunately I can't. I will not be ordering from this domino's again, and since this is the only domino's that delivers to my address I guess that means I won't be ordering domino's ever again. P.S. I think it's a bit weird that in less than 5 minutes this store went from 2.7 to 3.7, and that's when I switched from my phone to my computer. READ BEFORE ORDERINGNot likely to recommend AT ALL!!!! they dropped off my pizza at a different location, at a school, and the school was kind enough to call me and tell me. When I called Dominos and spoke to Geraldine the manager she wasnt considerate and didnt even offer anything else to make up for the time that I am missing from my lunch break just that she would make fresh ones and DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. I ordered pizza an hour earlier so it can get here on time which it didnt. Geraldine said they would make me fresh pizza which they didnt because I had already called the school to make sure they wouldnt pick up the pizzas since Geraldine said they would make me a fresh one, which was a lie. The school put my name on the boxes in blue ink and when the driver arrived my name was written in blue ink on the boxes which meant NO FRESH PIZZAS WERE MADE, LIES. Was calling to place an order, was over 15 minutes and no one picked up the phone. We headed to the Dominos and started calling again walked in with the phone still ringing and the Dominos phone was not ringing. When I tod them the advised they dont answer when they r short staffed. Their was 5 employees 3 were not doing anything 1 was making a pizza and the other which advised she was an assit. Manager from another store because they r short staffed and had to go in their to work she had an adittude. She was really not busy as she came out of her way to the front when I was talking to the manager. The store was not busy. They were being lazy. The phones should always be attended no excuse. I have been in many Domino Stores and no matter how busy they have been or how many emoyees they have the phones are answered.
