So to preface this, I was stuck at work and had to pick up the pizza 36 minutes after it was ready. Anyways, I get there. I told him two possible names it could be under. He says it’s not there. He has a similar name, but it’s not mine and it was already picked up. I let him know the order was ready 36 minutes ago, but I was stuck at work. He then continues to tell me it’s not there and I verified with him the address I ordered pick up from and he said “yes that’s us” - I even told him twice what I ordered because he said he might be able to find it in the system. He had NO luck apparently. I then proceed to show him my order history. The order at the top obviously dated today, August 23 2025 being the current order. He must have physically scrolled on my phone to the date underneath of it, May 8 an PREVIOUS order and said oh you ordered it at this location not us. I walked out after saying thank you because “oops I read it wrong”. As I’m walking out, I double checked my app and sure enough I was correct. I am at the right place I had already verified with him that this address was the address my order showed. So I walked back in and let him know that he had made a mistake. Finally, he finds my pizza -“we thought nobody was gonna pick it up” He said. while I’m here and I already let you know I was late to picking it up in hopes that helped him find it and I apologize for that. Rude service, even when the employee was arrogantly wrong. I’m really not the person to do reviews, but the fact that he decided to throw his hands up in the air and obviously station shit when I walked out kind of got to Me. Never coming here again even though it’s the most convenient dominoes close to my job. I’d rather drive 30+ minutes away, he was rude the entire time acting like I was stupid or something and I kept my smile. Newsflash you were the one who messed up, buddy. “What about your blue cheese” keep it, you obviously were hoping yall could eat my food from...
Read moreI wish I didn’t have to add a star. My team worked on an all Covid unit for the past 3-4 mos. We were awarded pizza coupons as a group as a prize. They expired in June and asked if they would still honor them since we couldn’t use them at the time. From the second I got On the phone they were so amazingly rude. The first person that answered was really rude. I had called the day before and had been told to call back that day to talk to the manager Sam. The response from the person who answered the phone was “well you could have gotten delivery” I tried to explain it was prohibited. At that time We weren’t allowed to order and share a pizza. I told him i was told to call today and ask for Sam. The man sarcastically said “ he is here and he is really busy”. I said okay- I will wait”. He said well your going to have to wait at least 15 minutes. He has a lot of pizzas to cook and things to do.” The tone of his voice was really rude. I was surprised to have someone talk to me like that. I explained again I would wait and that i was told yesterday by the person working told me to talk to their manager Sam. After waiting for Sam he was also dismissive . You could tell no body wanted to talk to me. That’s okay if you can’t. But politeness helps. I just gave up. I will tell you. I went next door to mellow mushroom. They are more expensive but the pizza is much better and they treated me Kindly. Their caterer brought over the pizza for free, meeting us outside the unit as people are still not allowed in. As my staff helped bring the pizza in she thanked them for their service to our community for taking care of COVID patients. I would recommend going to mellow - kindness counts...
Read moreI've been a customer a few times with not too many complaints. Missing items a few times, showed up late not a big deal. But wow do I have a story to tell you! I live in an apartment complex that requires a keycard to get in. I evacuated from hurricane Irma and put my keycard in the glovebox since I wouldn't be using it. It was my bad I didn't go looking for the keycard sooner because I pulled up to the gate and it made it to the bottom of my glovebox somewhere. I'm frantically looking for it feeling awful as people line up behind me. I try to get out of line to look for it and no one will let me back up. So I just continue to do my best to find it when one of DOMINOS DELIVERY DRIVERS who's delivering to someone else in the complex pulls up next to me and curses me out for making him wait. I explained to him I misplaced my card and I'm trying to get out of the way, I also let him know he doesn't live here and it's none of his business. He continues to curse me out so I eventually pull away to look for my card. Instead of doing that I immediately got dominos on the phone, gave them the car and driver description and told them what happened. We are only two minutes from this location so he arrived while I was on the phone and hopefully got what he deserved. Any company with employees who treat random strangers like that need to rethink what they're doing. I'm currently looking for the dominos corporate number to...
