Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I appreciate the phone call and that we were able to quickly come to the resolution. --‐--------‐‐------------------------------ I was very disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Domino's. I, like many people, received their coupons in the mail. I chose to eat at Domino's and to redeem one of the advertised coupons. After placing my order, I was told that the store was not longer honoring the coupon even though it had not expired. I was given no reason, other than that the computer would not accept the coupons. This is unacceptable, this is dishonest, and this is an unethical business practice. I have contacted corporate, the franchise, and the local owner. Placed an order online for delivery approx 6:30pm. Tracker was down and couldn't track my order. Estimated time of delivery 7:16pm. Called at 7:25 and was on hold for 6 mins. Someone picked up and when I said hello, they placed the call back on hold. Sat on hold for 5 more mins and they said the order is still being made. Advised them to cancel the order and they said ok you will get a refund in 3-5 days. I asked for some sort of confirmation and they said they do not have a confirmation and thats handled on the internet. We drove up there and we stood there watching them make pizzas with no gloves and no hair nets....they finally assisted us and threw the voided receipt on the counter at me. I've been to this place twice, and both times were bad experiences. The first time I got the parmesan bread knots and a pizza. I got home to find that the knots didn't have any seasoning on them, and were just bland bread. I ended up throwing them away, but the pizza was at least decent , so I went back recently and got another one. The pizza this last time was terrible. The ingredients all smelled really strong like they were old and rotten.
