Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The day staff blew my mind! I forgot a party at thr kiddos school and they knocked out 16 pizzas for the classes in no time while other orders (online and over the phone) were coming in and found time to go over the best deal and reminded me to grab drinks.

Now today this evening I am on the way to the hospital. Call my order in and walk in to pay. The young man didn't hear me when I answered his question on whether I was there to pick up or order. I answered again that I would like to pay for the order that I just called in. I offered one of the three hundred dollar bills and was told they don't accept $100s. They do, they have, they did. On 3/9/24, I placed a pick up order over the phone. When my husband went to pick up the food, he had to wait for them to remake 1 of 3 of the pizzas cause I asked for it to be half cheese & half mushroom, but instead they made it a half chese & half pepperoni pizza 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then I wanted to try for the 1st time the triple cheese tots. It was soo disappointing due to the small amount of tator tots also they weren't all covered in cheese and they were super greasy..smh..I could not eat them cause of how greasy they were. There weren't anything special about those tots. Domino's has lost their touch (quality), the pizzas tasted plain..not much flavor. I don't think we'll be ordering...

I had a hard time with the online order and some how messed up. Tried ordering half cheese half pep and when I got there half the pizza did not have cheese (no fault of theirs, all me) thank god Kenisha asked me to check it was all ok because if I would have gotten home with that pizza I would have been kicked out lol. She was super sweet and told me not to worry about it and made me a new one right away! The team here is awesome! Got my pizza and couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m glad domines opened near by because I am never buying Pizza Hut again! This was on Thursday 10/13/2022 at 9PM so whoever worked that shift definitely deserves some recognition....
