I love Palacio de los Jugos, they always have a large variety of food and their service is fast and friendly. This was my first time at this particular location and sadly my last time. My pan con bistec was old. What a disappointment! The steak was old, the bread was old, the tomatoes were old. The only thing fresh was the lettuce even the papitas were old! I was not able to finish and I did not return because unfortunately it was during my "work lunch break" and by the time I would have clocked out and returned it would have been a new shift and I was not provided a receipt to prove same day purchase.
