Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I was in the drive through almost 15 minutes this morning … The gentleman first handed me the incorrect order , then he stated my order was never taken which I knew was not accurate as I watched my order on the screen . After calling the manager over who was also VERY unprofessional and rude . She advised him the order had been taken and was waiting on the counter . I was handed cold food and water down coffee, the gentleman that proceeded to tell me oh well that was your order I gave the first time . I advised him it was not , the order was not correct as I didn’t order any doughnuts he then continued to roll his eyes and go back and forth . I asked for his manager who came to the window with the same racist nasty energy . I advised her employee is holding up the drive through for his mistake and instead of apologizing and moving on he’s continuously going back and forth which is unprofessional and makes your franchise look terrible . Also due to the time I waited because YOUR employee at the window screwed up and I can tell you there mind was everywhere but at work , the order should’ve been freshly made and free. I have never in my life experienced such terrible and unprofessional service from an employee and a manager. I’m sure Dunkin has cameras please run the interaction back . Most importantly TRAIN your employees of professionalism and proper customer service etiquette. This is not 1960 no one is tolerating unprofessional people or RACISM . I will be writing your...

I have to say that the Dunkin Donuts in Apollo Beach ROCKS!!!! I say that because when I stoped at this DD location it was disgusting. The food presentation was horrible. They have the pancake wraps and this location does not even have the white trays that the food is supposed to be in and then you put it into the paper sleeve. OH NO..this DD just threw the wraps in a paper sleeve and stood them up in the bag.

Now I have the wrap looking like a ball of mess, melted cheese all inside the paper sleeve which is hard to get out without you having cheese all over your hand. Then you have to rip the pancake wrap out from the bottom of the bag and is basically unappetizing at this point!

I will say that the female store manager today was extremely pleasant! She said would refund me my money but I refused because they truly work hard. She did say that they were a franchise or an individual owner. I can’t remember but if the Owner or franchise reads this, they need to bring some trays so the employees can make food prepped the right way. It’s definitely not the employees fault but rather the owners/franchise trying to save money. I will never go back to the DD in Sun City. (Drive-Thru)

My grand daughter and I went in to the Ice-cream counter at a quiet time (one other client at the till awaiting an order and drive through not backed up). We browsed the ice cream selection for a minute or two and then waited for someone to take our order. And waited... and waited... and waited... and waited... and... walked out. I was going to order about $50.00 to $60.00 worth of ice-creams to carry home to family and guests back at home, but I guess one old man and a ten year old girl did not look like big enough pickings to the crew and they did not need to be bothered with my order. Some of them made eye contact but didn't even pause to Say "I see you and will be with you shortly" (as soon as I finish this conversation with my associate buddy)" I will not be going back. Oh, and thank you for the valuable lesson to my grand daughter that no customers or clients should be treated as insignificant or ignored. People have feelings, and hers were hurt. Its OK though - we went to the grocery store and got all kinds of goodies (including some good ice-cream) for less money I would have spent at Baskin Robbins in Sun City Center. I can't post this review without giving at least one star...
