The place looked pretty clean when I walked in. I went into the restroom and there's where everything went wrong. The restroom was gross. Very dirty and no toilet paper. Was able to wash my hands though because they have soap and an air dryer. Went to counter to place my order and found my shoes sticking to the floor and the counter had a sticky Sheen on it as well. So not so clean after all. So I placed my order of 1ex-large coffee and one large coffee with an espresso shot, easy enough. Went to pay and since the clerk was new this was 10 minutes of " oh boy". The manager didn't seem concerned that the clerk was having problems at all even when the clerk asked for help. Another employee came to help her get through the transaction. So I paid for my coffee, prepared it as I like, ( Splenda and just a bit of cream) and when I took my first sip I knew the coffee was either made with grounds that had already been used or water had been added to make a full pot/ cup. I love coffee, but this, this was not coffee, it was colored water!!! Over all the service was good. Except management who, in my opinion, didn't much care about her newer employee having difficulty or the frustrated customer trying to pay for a lousy cup of watery coffee that didn't even taste anywhere near like espresso was added either. I won't be back. 2 stars for the effort of the...
Read moreI could give zero stars if I could but sadly thats not an option. I live 2 mins away from this Dunkin and I recently just moved in the area. The last three days they have served me with literally half a cup of small coffee every time it was ordered but they fixed it when told it was half a cup. So I kept going back since there is not another coffee shop drive-thru in the area. Yesterday, I was told there are no donuts at all or any hot food at lunch time. Thats okay too because that happens I guess..? Today, they are closed for Christmas eve and I completely get why but its lunch tine I just wanted to swing by and see if they're open. No one replied on at the drive-thru so I had to drive by the window to see if they were closed. I stopped the car by the window for barely a couple seconds as this young lady waved her hands and yelled NO l, she seemed VERY upset as if I had threatened her for her life. I barely just stopped the car and looked at her but this happened even before I could ask, "Hey, are you guys open today?" Lol. No food, extremely slow service and extended wait times, half coffee cups are all fine but YELLING and looking at me like all mad is just very unacceptable. I wonder why how this place is in business. Forget customer service, they have no clue what they're doing, and the girl who yelled today was extremely rude with no...
Read moreBest coffee I've had all morning! Thanks for doing it right. Well that was written four years ago; and now we're turning the carousel a full 180. My fam decided to have breakfast at dunkin' (lower case is intentional because this one does not deserve a capital letter). We had a 6 pack of donuts and sausage, egg, and cheese bagel(x4). I'm guessing they are trying to save money because the bagel was old and hard. That's understandable if you want to remain in second. The sausage seamed to be steamed to an adequate temperature from the freezer, I guess that good enough for them. The egg, lets talk about the egg. The picture of the sandwich on the website has a slight crisp on the edges of the egg as if it were actually fried to it's greatness. What we got was an under-cooked soggy egg like round sponge. The hash browns were cold after my four minute trip back to my house. They were covered in blackened flakes of what could be imagined as burnt crisps of the last six days of old vegetable oil. Lastly, the donuts. This is what they used to be known for, well my four year old son couldn't finish his. He tried to eat just the frosting off the top but couldn't, he rather went to go brush his teeth instead. My guess is that they had the donuts shipped the same day the oil was put in the fryer. I should have stuck...
