Update to my previous review... it's not any better. Went through drive thru and they rushed us to order, kept saying total and pull forward when we weren't done ordering. Get up to window to pay and doing that so fast. Ask us to pull up to wait for 3 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and 10 min later, still waiting. Weren't in a rush to get us our food. I ended up getting out of my car which I guess she saw and met me inside with food and still forgot condiments she said "will be in bag when I get it". Nothing has changed.
I had 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru that ordered fine. When I got up there, the employee stated they were having issues with the speaker and the inside was open. I was hesitant as I had to haul my kids in with me (whole point of doing the drive thru). I needed the caffeine and went in as well as those behind me. When I got in, one employee said "now you've got everyone coming in." While the employee in the back said "I almost fell walking back and forth so I'm not doing that. They can all come in here." Because of that, I left. Meanwhile I see people that can barely walk, parking in handicap to go into dunkin cause she's telling everyone in the drive thru that the speaker isn't working right. Read moreI’ve been going to this establishment daily for nearly two years and over the course of the last six months it’s really went down hill. My order of 1 Lg , iced,Caramel swirl with cream and sugar & 1 Lg regular hot coffee with cream is screwed up daily. Within this time period I have witnessed employees napping in their vehicles, smoking marijuana Behind the building in plain sight of the intercom. Along with the same employee (Amanda) pocket money from our order on two different occasions at the driver- thru and she’s a “team leader”. During the night shift if you’re coffee is incorrect don’t bother if Aaron’s there because he’s incredibly rude about it and will argue with you. Our experience this morning took it to a whole new level as Raicca and Bridget mocked my mother because her voice is raspy due to multiple rounds of radiation. Next time I will be sure audio is recording on my dash cam and I will be posting via social media! Speaking to Mark about your experiences with the employees does no good as nothing seems to improve. Slowly over this time period I have watched 3 employees (Chris, Ashley & Bailey) that were always a joy to see working disappear. Read moreOne year ago we gave this Dunkin donuts a five star. Unfortunately today because of the poor service at the front counter we cannot give it anything close to a five star. The young lady that works the cash register and does the drinks in the front is anything but polite. She rarely smiles. Rarely ask questions. Takes her best guess even when you explain to her what you want. She seems generally put out by everything. We came two days in a row. She worked both days. Both days she messed up our drinks became irritated when she was told that she had the drink incorrect. She dumped part of the drink out and put it into a different cup. Never adding any extra syrup which means we had had two green teas not refreshers. The girl that works the counter with her is equally as rude. When I was waiting quite some time for our refreshers she pointed at me from the back counter and said are you done ordering. Implying for me to move away from the counter. I would recommend going through the drive-thru. It seems like they are nicer people and can get a drink correct.
