Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I had given a decent review before, until i went to other nearby Dunkin’ Donuts very kind, They have an attitude this one, often burn my wrap, and when I return it are not so nice. In eight yrs ,if order was wrong they gave me an attitude instead of apologizing.. Very cheap and not customer friendly. It’s privately owned and never cater to their regulars. Never had a teacher appreciation day, or given away anything. Always buy something ,then give something. Karen the manager was rude and not customer friendly. Never have I been treated so nasty . This is so unprofessional she practically kicked me out. I told her my gift card was declined had to go back to publixs and they said nothing wrong with it. Went back she was annoyed ,we don’t take gift cards.with it. Then she was verbally abusive and gave me back the gift card. The other Dunkin’ if theirs a mistake they will be with a smile and give you a whole new order free of charge. Alesha is kind and excellent manager, the staff is warm and makes you feel at home. This is located us 41 across from Walmart. The Walmart on Collier Blvd, I would not spend 100.00 a week and be treated the way they treat people. Shame how big corporations are so greedy. Especially when without steady customers they wouldn’t be in business. Some staff who work minimum wage or a bit higher are very friendly courteous. Irish has always been helpful only one who got good service at collier location. It took her to leave, for them to finally beg her to come back. They do not treat their workers well. Their is a huge turnover. Karen should learn to treat customers better . Various times the ceiling to the bathroom was leaking, or water in the bathroom causing toilet to flow over. I always every morning and my family go to this location and the manager Raj does excellent customer service but TODAY! The assistant manager was very rude and refuse to give me the sugar and cream that I needed for my ice coffee. It was asked of her twice for the rest of the creamer and sugar and continue to ignore the request. My opinion as a manager that I am too customer service is the most important service in any establishment. She needs to be retrained in customer service and has the correct ethics communicating with the customers before she is left alone to manage a crew. Went there December 18, 2020 at 6PM I go inside and there is nobody at the counter walk around for 6,7 minutes and still nothing. There was a Male guy that never came out to the counter and a female the female saw me a still noticing I was not being serviced didn't get up or do nothing and ignored me. Its pathetic to go into a place to spend your hard earned money in a place like this with such bad customer service! So I walked out of that place and went to my local latin bakery up the road where as soon as I entered was promptly greeted and asked what I was getting today... 6865 location will never see me in...
