I stopped in here on February 3 around noon and got the absolute worst experience and worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life from any place or any restaurant ever !!! I would really like to speak with the owner of this particular Dunkin Donut’s 🍩 ‼️ The service I received was absolutely unacceptable ‼️ I had to return a coffee that was given to me in the drive thru because I felt completely uncomfortable with the service I was given at the window. I was driving off and noticed that 2 of the employees were laughing hysterically that made me stop and go back inside to return my coffee. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it. It seemed like they may have purposely did something to my coffee ☕️. But just before that the one female employee that was at the window was knocking on the window to get my attention acting really weird dancing and making some kind of hand gestures towards me. The other female employee opened the window and told me not to mind her. I didn’t know what to think of it all at first But then seeing them both laughing as I was pulling off made me feel really uncomfortable 😣‼️ Then I got basically cursed out and disrespected by every single employee in there. There was one guy working at the time telling me that I was just trying to get a free coffee which wasn’t true. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. I was completely shocked by the response that I received from the employees at this location. I would highly have to recommend to everyone not to ever stop at this particular Dunkin Donuts ‼️‼️‼️🍩 I literally had the worst experience in my life at this place !!! This wasn’t the first time either. Stopped here about a week prior and got some really poor service also. THE OWNER DOES’NT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK AFTER TRYING TO GET...
Read moreNatasha the manager does not know how to run a crew...during the week it's never an issue but when she is in the building it's problems .walked there from work to get a simple sandwich...I waited and waited nothing but all the people who entered after me got their food before me...the cashier noticed I didn't get my good after about 15 minutes so he goes to check and see what happens...the associates cooking food didn't speak English so it seems as if Natasha spends her shift translating orders instead if making sure customers get good service...after being offered free food for my wait, I declined and stated I just want my food so I can go back to work...once I got my sandwich I was so frustrated that I just left without checking, mistake on my part...I walked all the way back to work and then tried to eat a sandwich that was given to me with no meat on it...smh..I walked alllllllllll the way back to get my order corrected and the manager starts arguing with the cashier about my order like I was wasting her time...she never once asked to speak to the customer nor did she try to apologize or make sure this issue was fixed...even when I asked for her name, she looked at me as if she was puzzled and had no clue of what's going on...i go to this dunkin donuts weekly but during the week and I never experienced issues like this before...this was so horrible..wasted 30 minutes on a simple sausage egg and...
Read moreI've been going to this Dunkin consistently for almost one year. The last 2 weeks or since the young lady that works in the morning hasn't been there its been a disaster at all times of the day .Last week I got a big order for my office, they left out half of my order. I use the mobile app and half of the time they've misplaced the order or make it incorrectly. Yesterday, I ordered a bagel and got basically a rubbery burnt piece of over saturated bread. Today I ordered on the app , I was told the order wasn't ready yet although I ordered 10 minutes before my arrival .I was then told to pull up where I was left without any communication for 5 minutes. I went into the store and asked what was going on ,the girl at the drive through shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know nor did she really care. The manager on staff ignored me. A confused girl asked what did I have and I told her my mobile order number ,my name and my order. She made me a cup of cold, watery coffee completely opposite of what I ordered.
