I prefer to use my mobile ordering and go through the drive thru. I ordered a coffee for myself one day along with 2 Boston Cream donuts to share with my daughter as I was going to surprise her at her house with her favorite donut. Using the mobile app also allows you to pay ahead. I waited in that line for what felt like an eternity. When I got to the window I was handed my coffee and then the gentleman just stared at me. I asked for my donuts, he looked at me funny and then asked what kind. I told him Boston Cream to which he replied 'oh, we just sold the last two. I was livid. I told him no, you sold those two to me half an hour ago. They had already been paid for! Instead of having them bagged with my ticket on it they handed them to the car right in front of me with their order and I got to watch them drive away. Just then a woman with a headset came to the window and said they had 'tailgate' donuts left which were the same as the Boston's, but these ones had a swirl of white cream on top. I asked if they had Boston Cream in them and she assured me they did. Sooooo, not only does this DD never have an adequate supply (this was early in the morning and not the first time), but their staff does not even know the products they sell! The donuts had white cream, not Boston cream in them! It doesn't make any sense to order and pay ahead if you're not sure if they can even fill the order! If you're looking to find a DD that can give you what you have a taste for, I would drive past this DD and head down the road. The women left her mic on and I heard her ask another employee if they felt like cooking bacon and hash browns and when she said no they told me they didn’t have any food. I’ve seen everything from employees out back smoking not taking orders to waiting in line for 20 minutes for them to make one order. Employees curse, are rude and you can tell their turn over rate is high because they always have new employees. No one knows how to properly place an order, and half the time your food will be missing from your order. The male with the glasses who works there is also very creepy and will continuously stare at the women who are in there. I was eating and turned around and he was sitting at the table next to me, when I turned around he was facing me with a blank stare and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Read moreEvery single time we go to this location they get he order wrong, they are out of items, or they wait is just ridiculous without even having a line. Today was the last straw. After making the order wrong, they dumped the coffee out and remade in the same cup. It was still missing the cream, so they took the coffee back and added half the amount of cream that was requested. The first one they made had coconut for some reason and the syrup lingered. So my wife went in to ask to have it remade without coconut flavo and with cream. The cashier was polite and ready to fix it but the manager started yelling “ What’s wrong with it now?” And then yelled at my wife too that “They already remade it and it was fine” and again demanded to know what’s wrong. My wife felt uncomfortable from this large man yelling at her and the staff so she said just keep it and walked out with no coffee, after paying for it.
