This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. I'm so unsatisfied that I'm still in the parking lot. It's a friday evening, we walk in to not one person inside. The place is very small and boring. The server walked us to a table and my man asked for a booth. This girl rolled her eyes at us, sighed hard and looked at us and had the nerve to ask us "Yeah you sure?" Um yes please...as she removed the two extra placemats, she rolled her eyes again. I couldn't not say something after the second time, so I looked at her and asked if there was something wrong with us wanting a booth instead? She ignored me and moved from the booth to let us sit down. The entire dinner she sat right across from us facing our direction talking on her cell phone. Our food was horrible. Now my man is Peruvian and Columbian who was also extremely disappointed. We paid and left our food after telling the girl it was horrible. Turns out our "server" was the daughter of the man and woman cooks in the back. Not sure if they were the owner's or not though. The kitchen had music so loud it took over from the music they had playing in the restaurant. Then our "server's" conversation over powered everything. Our bill was $85 for 2 dinner's and a yuka-freta appetizer with 2 soda's. My man was so excited to eat at a new Peruvian restaurant I was upset that I even tipped her 10 bucks. Oh, did I mention there was not ONE Peruvian there, she said there...

Unfortunately this restaurant has lost customer for life. We placed an order exactly 1 hour before closing through Eat24 (Yelp's Ordering service) for a pickup. The eta said 10-35 minutes so my husband left right then to wait for our food. A few minuyes later we get a call from Eat24 on how spicy we wanted the ceviche and after 15 mins receive another call that they are "out" of both entres that had ordered. Mind you I ordered the arroz con Marissa and grilled tuna and tacu tacu- two totally different items. We changed the order to the Lomo Saltado and chicken and shrimp in chimichurri - polar opposite of what I ordered. The restaurant said to my husband that they were closing soon so they couldn't change the order. I understand we were cutting it close but it is your job to cook what was ordered/prepaid for and offer customer service. It is also management's responsibility to coordinate with Yelp to cut off ordering online whenever the kitchen closes. If I am able to place the order online it should be able to be fulfilled. The restaurant is open because of patrons and when you let customer service go, you lose customers. To top it off, it is a holiday weekend where the bank now has my refund a little longer.

**Update: I placed the order at 7:30 and they close at 9PM. They had 30-45 mins to make the...

Used to be one of my top dining optios in Bradenton... consistant and delicious for years. My last few visits have been disappointing and unfortunate. Food isn't what it used to be and the service has been horrible. 25 minutes until I got something to drink. Hour and a half for my meal to be served. Both servers, when they did appear in the dining room, looked like they'd rather be someplace else. Past three times my meal was missing something. Used to be one of my go-to restaurants. After tonights visit I'm not sure I will be back. Other separate parties in the restaurant were joking about the poor service. I am a local and support local. I hope that it returns to one of the gems of Bradenton it was but for now I will go elsewhere for a meal. You can blame covid. You can justify raising prices. You can make a case for a limited menu. There is NO EXCUSE for poor service. Every good thing must come to an end... I'm truly sad to see...

My family and I come here every year while we vacation at Siesta Key (usually twice in two weeks!). This restaurant has never disappointed us. I’m confused about some of the negative reviews. This is a very small, family run restaurant — sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer for your food to be made and served. It’s worth the wait! This year we ordered ceviche, grilled corvina, grilled tuna & tacu tacu, and Peruvian paella. Everything came out perfect. The owner/cook’s nephew served us and was very helpful and polite. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about my and my dad’s gluten allergy. We will be back next summer!

We recently discovered a hidden gem, and we couldn't be happier! The Peruvian food here is absolutely amazing! Each dish is so tasty, and the service is top notch, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the fried calamari and, of course, the ceviche! The stir-fried chicken and steak were also out of this world. The owner was incredibly gracious and made us feel right at home. This cozy little spot has such delicious food that we can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! We’re definitely giving it a well-deserved 5 stars! 🌟

Excellent food and staff. We had "Pescado A lo Macho" a cousin to a bass fish and although it might not look appetizing, it was the best prepared fish I've had in FL. We finished off with the "Alfajores" a cookie with what I believe to be dulce de leche filling, so good I had to get one to-go. Skip the soda and get their house prepared "Chicha morada" a drink that's made out of purple corn, super refreshing. We will drive the 75 miles to revisit as this is our current favorite restaurant.
