Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

We ordered ice cream and donuts. The reason the 2 stars is because they at least HAD donuts. Unlike other DnDs in the area @ 8 pm. So.. the ice cream... we ordered 2 layered sundaes. One was Reeses one was chocolate chip cookie dough. The Reeses had no peanut butter topping or hot fudge! There is a pic of that one on the menu board! The cookie dough... ended up being an ores and cream...really? She remade the Reeses and still forgot the hotfudge. Had to have her add it on top of the whipped cream. The cookie dough was remade and I asked for extra hot fudge on it. Got standard fudge and when she was supposed to put cookie dough bites on top, she put oreos!! I just sighed to myself and accepted it. Wasn't about to have her make it again. We'll give them another chance. I just hope the 2nd go around...

So my fiancée is one of the main closers at this location. And she is having to close alone a lot. Tonight, October 17th, 2025, is the final time I’ll be hearing that “hey sorry I have to close alone.” Idc how much management says “they care about their employees.” It’s just simply not true. She isn’t the only one who has to close. The managers name is John. And I can’t believe he can’t come up and help close. What i wanna know is this part of the employee handbook, and is it allowed for people to close a dunkin/baskin robins alone? They complain about closings not being the best and then expecting the close to be the best it has ever been when it’s just one person. Working all alone. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! Every time I have went the this location, they always mess my order up. No big deal, for the most part, just frustrating.. I went there today, hoping maybe they would, for once, get the order right. They got it right, but when I get over half way thru my coffee, I suck half of a straw sleeve into my mouth.. disgusting, right?? I decide to investigate further and find the rest of the straw sleeve half way FOLDED UP into a square.. And of course there's dirt in the bottom of my cup. So not only am I drinking DIRT, but I have a straw sleeve that someone intentionally folded and put in my cup. The managers excuse is that "I dont think it was intentional" it's a clear cup, it wasnt just over looked.. never going back...
